"Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist riesig- echt toll. Ich empfehle zu grillen. Die Tipps vom Vermieter sind Gold wert. Im September ist es wichtig Autan dabeizuhaben, da es viele Moskitos hat. Lucca hat eine sehr schöne Innenstadt. Das Meer ist ca. 40 Minuten weg, wenn man keinen Liegestuhl mieten möchte. Pisa ist gut zu erreichen."

"Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit von Enzo betreut. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen veraltet, aber das passt zum Flair. Das Haus liegt oben auf einen Berg, die Aussicht ist mega, der Weg dorthin über eine schmale und kurvenreiche Straße etwas schwieriger, aber ohne größere Probleme machbar."

"A Perfect Getaway in the Hills Above Lucca – Highly Recommended for Families! We spent 9 wonderful days in this dream villa as two families, with a total of 9 guests. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The combination of traditional Italian charm and modern comfort absolutely delighted all of us. The Property & Stunning Location Spectacular panoramic views from 300 metres above the Tuscan countryside. A wonderful infinity pool that seems to merge with the surrounding hills and provided the perfect, luxurious way for adults and children alike to cool off after our days exploring the nearby cities. The drive up is an adventure along a typically Italian winding road, but the incredible views and absolute peace and quiet at the top make it completely worthwhile. A perfect base for cultural day trips, with Lucca, Pisa and Florence all within easy reach. A beautifully maintained garden with olive trees and plenty of space for our large group. The Villa & Amenities Tastefully furnished in a rustic style, with beautiful historic wooden ceilings. An excellently equipped kitchen where we could easily cook for 9 people. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements: all bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning, which was perfect during the summer temperatures. Great amenities nearby, including several excellent supermarkets. A large and very well-stocked Esselunga supermarket is around 20 minutes away by car, ideal when shopping for a large group. Very clean bathrooms and comfortable beds where we all slept wonderfully. Service & Hospitality from Giovanni & Marco A warm welcome from both hosts, including a bottle of local wine for the adults. Marco gave us some excellent insider tips on the best places to park and family-friendly restaurants in Lucca and Florence. Both Giovanni and Marco were exceptionally helpful, always available and quick to assist us with anything we needed. In Conclusion A huge thank you to Giovanni and Marco from both our families for 9 unforgettable days and their exceptional hospitality! If you are looking for the true Italian Dolce Vita, this is definitely the place. We will definitely be back! Google - Aug - 2026"

"Our host, Giacomo, was easily reachable and friendly! The bedrooms are really spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The pool was clean and really spacious. The area - Lucca - was really interesting with a lot a of stuff to visit and see."
