Beautiful apartment of 120 m2, on the 6th floor of an art deco building with lift, quiet, large balcony, exceptional view not overlooked on a wooded square and the hill of Montmartre. Large living room. Equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms.1 toilet. 3 bedrooms. Warm atmosphere, in a real apartment to live, sunny and bright, with 3 metres of high ceilings, parquet floor and fireplaces.
This is the apartment we live in all year round.
We rent it for stays of 3 nights minimum.
Please note: the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The accommodation
Nestled at the foot of the Montmartre hill, very close to the Sacré-Coeur and the famous Place du Tertre, this apartment is a duplex crossing, with on one side the square (living room & entrance), and on the other the inner courtyard of the building in absolute calm (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen) - The oak staircase that leads to the bedroom on the 7th floor is a spiral staircase.
The living room table can be extended with extensions for 6 to 10 guests.
All 3 bedrooms have quality bedding and bed linen.

Guests have access to all but a few closets.

Traveller access
The district is a very "Parisian" district, family-friendly, friendly and lively, with many cafes and restaurants, markets during the week and on weekends, full of small shops (bakeries, butchers, caterers, wine merchants, etc.), mini-markets and supermarkets open 7 days a week.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Sacré-Coeur and the Place du Tertre.
The centre of Paris and the main tourist sites are also easy to reach because the district is very well served by transport:
- Two metro lines, Jules Joffrin (line 12) and Simplon (line 4)
- Numerous bus lines (31, 40, 56, 60, 80, 85)
- Taxi rank within a 2-minute walk of the apartment.

Other remarks
- As this is a quiet building in co-ownership, parties are strictly prohibited.
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the price. However, cleaning costs are not included: the apartment must be returned as it was entrusted to you, i.e. clean and tidy.
