Close to the Bois de Vincennes, and 15 min walk from Bercy. (+ metro/tram 6min).

The apartment is equipped (dishwasher/laundry, etc.).

The apartment has:
- A quiet bedroom overlooking the courtyard with a 160*200 bed.
- A beautiful equipped kitchen open to the living room with a large corner sofa
- A shower room.

Don't bother yourself, I leave you everything you need in the apartment (sheets, towels, soaps, salt, oil, cleaning utries, etc.).

In the immediate vicinity, pharmacy, bakery, mini-market.

Regarding transport:
- Metro Daumesnil, 8 minutes (line 6 and 8)
- Metro Michel Bizot, 6 minutes (line 8)
- Porte de Charenton, 5 minutes (line 8 and tram T3).

A 15-minute walk away is Bercy (the Accord Arena and Bercy Village) with metro 14 which crosses all of Paris.

You also have a Vélib' station 100m from the apartment, allowing you to discover Paris by bike.

If I am absent when you arrive, my father, Didier, will take over the key collection.
