Paris Trip in the 15th Arr.

Good location between two Metro stations. The apartment is on a busy street, plus there's an elementary school across the street so it's a bit noisy in the mornings and afternoons. The front door lock takes a day or two to get use to. A stand alone microwave would be good. The apartment is good for a couple or small family of three. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The shower is big, which is unusual for Europe, so that's a plus. The towels and linens were nice. The refrigerator is big enough for drinks and some groceries. A good lively neighborhood with a Starbucks, bakeries, grocery stores, and some really great restaurants near the Convention Metro station. Overall, a good place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in the beginning of August 2024. It is as striking as the pictures show, except that it is smaller, but nonetheless perfect for a family of 4 with both children over 10.  Very comfortable beds, even the pull-out bed was comfortable, and delightfully easy to open and stow. The apartment is perfectly situated with underground parking available at the Marie and several bakeries, supermarkets etc equally close by. Even the tourist attractions are within walking distance but no endless crowds. It is on the ground floor with only two steps to enter the apartment. The apartment was very well equipped. Clever storage spaces filled with extra towels, a baby bed should you need it, blankets, pillows, you name it. Fans were also there which was just perfect. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope that they keep it as lovely as it is. The kitchen was also well stocked with coffee, water, juice, oil, wine glasses etc, really everything to make your stay enjoyable. Much better than any hotel in my opinion. Missing in the kitchen was a spatula.  Also, a door mat to put the shoes on in the kitchen would have been appreciated. The outlets on either side of the bed didn’t work. There was a garbage bag outside the door for most of our stay, left perhaps by the cleaning staff. At the table sit on pillows. I will absolutely be supporting this company in the future and fully recommend this apartment.

Overall it was a very accessible place and you can get quick food options nearby which was great. But the Apt really lacked air circulation. I was not aware AC was an optional thing for many Apts in Paris. The tall fans provided were not adequate for creating air circulation . The hot weather during our visit didn’t help and we couldn’t sleep well because of lack of good ventilation. If they add an AC to this Apt that will be great.
