1. Air condition and portable fans were provided with the condo. It was a much appreciated feature that were not available in many other vacation rentals. 2. Location of the condo is within walking distance to many attractions, including Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, The Louvre Museum. There are many grocery stores, fresh fruit vendors, bakeries. 3. The condo is spacious, and can easily accommodate 6+ people
