This is a small property that is very cramped for more than two people. The AC does not work. The location is good.

Apartment Not Clean

We arrived at the apartment and carried our luggage up the stairs only to find the apartment had not been cleaned. Dirty towels in the bathroom, crumbs on the kitchen counters, bathroom not clean, and the bed looked like it had been slept in. I left a message with our contact person, and said we needed to resolve the situation within the hour. After not hearing from anyone, we found a hotel. The next day, I heard from Simon, who said he couldn't understand why we would go to a hotel. He offered us a larger apartment, because he said he felt bad, and that it had been a communication problem with the cleaning service. They wanted us to travel across Paris to get a key, then travel back across Paris to the apartment. That day was our wedding anniversary, and we didn't want to spend our special day traipsing around Paris to resolve our lodging issues. We had other plans. We have complained to VRBO, and so far there has been no attempt at resolution. We are out several hundred Euro.
