Quiet 20m2 house with 40m2 garden, located in a charming building in the heart of Saint-Mandé and within easy reach of Paris.

A stone's throw from metro line 1 (Saint Mandé stop) and a 3-minute walk from the Bois de Vincennes.

All shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, chemist, etc.) and restaurants are in the street.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
