The personal at the breakfast area were great. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel itself is not what we expected, the pictures when making the reservation didn’t match what the hotel brings. Rooms are tiny. The shower had mold. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks.

Room is clean but old. It was not available when we arrived in the morning for check-in. Staffs are friendly. Hotel has a mini elevator that can only fit one person with a small luggage. It is very close to Paris Montparnasse Train Station.

My first night I was woken from sleep due to running water in the shower. I went to check it and discovered water pouring from the ceiling vent as the person in the level above showered!! What makes this worse was that this is an issue staff already knew about! I was transferred 3 different rooms during my staff here and all four of the bathrooms had mold (see picture). One of the bathroom doors couldn't close properly (unhygienic). And ended up in a smaller bed than what I paid for (by this stag too tired to deal with unhelpful staff). Not a single apology or similar. Tried to get refund 8/11th but was passed off by dismissive front desk woman to Alba the assistant manager who wasn't available. All the rooms here have thin walls (I can hear the neighbouring rooms occupants yawn and talk), sounds from the busy street at all hours, the showers are tiny & difficult to manage - I am slim & agile so must be very difficult for someone larger or less mobile. Do yourself a favour and skip this hotel.

O quarto era bom de tamanho e conforto. Café da manhã simples, mas bom! Único problema que tenho a relatar é de uma funcionária, ela faz a limpeza do hotel e recepciona as pessoas no café da manhã… ela nos tratou com muita antipatia, mesmo a gente insistindo em ser simpáticos com ela, soltou piadinha e ficou rindo da gente na nossa frente e achou ruim porque chegamos no café da manhã às 10:20, sendo que o horário do café era até as 10:30.
