Enjoy a comfortable stay in this fully furnished and equipped suite:

The modern living room, featuring a faux fireplace, includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a high-quality double bed. You’ll also find a television and a dining table, perfect for meals or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The modern kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the dishes you need to prepare meals just like at home.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, a vanity unit, and a hairdryer, along with essentials (shower gel, shampoo, towels). The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom for maximum privacy.

The apartment features a backlit glass hatch leading to a vaulted cellar, which has been decoratively staged to create a warm and romantic atmosphere. A rug is available if you wish to cover it.
This space is completely enclosed, secure, and inaccessible during your stay.
The lighting is optional and can be turned on or off according to your preferences.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building. Renovation work on the common areas is currently underway.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor and has only one window, at ground level, which looks onto a small inner courtyard between the buildings. Natural light is therefore low, ventilation is limited and it is not very comfortable to leave this window open at night. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, a 10-minute walk from the Louvre and Notre-Dame, in a very quiet, renovated 40 m² (431 sq ft) apartment with a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a toilet separate from the bathroom.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.

Access to the accommodation is self-guided thanks to a detailed arrival guide, available at any time.

If you arrive after 11 p.m., it is important to follow the instructions carefully to ensure smooth entry. No assistance can be provided outside the hours indicated.
