Boutique hotel with charm and service

We had a little trouble checking in but after that it was wonderful. This is a boutique hotel in an old building full of charm. It has a breakfast room downstairs with stone walls. It's really beautiful. Eric was one of the people at the desk who helped us. He could not have been more personable, professional and just very friendly. He made up for any issues we had checking in.

The staff were so accomodating and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. The neighborhood is very cool—a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and street vendors. Monmartre is close to everything.

Overall the hotel was nice, the staff were súper friendly and check in was easy. The neighborhood outside did not feel safe, nothing happened and no one did anything so when walking you just have to be careful. Over the hotel was great!

I like the cleanliness, the view from the roof is amazing. The area is far from Paris central, didn't worked for me as i want to use the metro whilst visiting the city.

Lovely spacious bedroom. Air-con, double glazing and blackout curtain all helpful for sleep. Large very comfortable bed. Walk in shower and useful things like kettle, coffee machine phone charging port and hairdryer. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a treat. Great views.

Efficient and friendly staff although the returnable security deposit was only mentioned during the check-in step. Room was spacious enough for myself and noise level was not an issue despite near the busy highway road. I did ask about whether AC was working or not as room seemed on a warmer side at first (Paris was largely warm during the weekend until the flash thunderstorm on Sunday night). Again, not major issue. Big issue was the closure of Line 4 metro for an extended period due to engineering work. Otherwise, it was a useful stay and would try the roof top bar next time.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and always acknowledged your arrival or departure each day. Theres a good bus service just around the corner which takes you to alot if the major tourist attractions and plenty of shops, restaurants and eateries in the area. The only issue was there was no door on the bathroom so whilst having a shower the other person couldn't walk pass to the toilet and the area surrounding the hotel is a little unsavoury but we never felt unsafe. An overall lovely hotel and we would defiantly stay here again.

La stanza era molto comoda il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile i servizi ottimi abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni stupendi e abbiamo potuto visitare Parigi in lungo e in Largo senza alcun problema l’unica cosa è la distanza dal centro però con metro o tram o taxi non hai alcun problema
