Enjoy a comfortable stay in this space set up for one or two people:

Main room: A cozy space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with hob, microwave oven and Nespresso machine.

Bathroom: Practical and equipped with a shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: The toilet is located in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, Bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is small: it is a single room whose only bed is the double sofa bed, and once it is open there is very little room to move around. The shower room, with shower and toilet, is also very small. It suits one person well; for two, space is tight, especially for a long stay.
* The studio is on the 2nd floor with no lift, and the staircase leading to it is narrow. Carrying large suitcases up is difficult, and this access is not suitable for older guests or people with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Sentier (line 3) and Réaumur-Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4) metro stations, in a passage that is closed at night, surrounded by restaurants, in an air-conditioned studio with an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
