Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I can't say what the flat would have been like because the landlord never got back to us to tell us how to check-in. Vrbo was very helpful and first set him a deadline to reply and then refunded the whole price. We were lucky to find a new flat as such short notice.
