The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated studio, ideally located near Porte de Versailles! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to three travelers and offers a private terrace with a view of the residence's garden: a rare asset in Paris.



The studio includes:

• A living space opening onto a terrace: bright and equipped with a convertible sofa bed for two people (140 × 200 cm), an armchair convertible into a single bed, a Smart television, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and storage.

• A terrace: a pleasant outdoor space to relax.

• A kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: includes a bathtub and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Charles de Gaulle (CDG)

RER B Train: Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse.

Transfer: Get off at Denfert-Rochereau and transfer to Metro Line 6.

Metro Line 6: Head towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and disembark at Cambronne. Our property is a short walk from there.



Orly Airport

Orlyval Train: Board the Orlyval train to Antony.

RER B Train: Transfer to the RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle.

Transfer: Get off at Denfert-Rochereau and switch to Metro Line 6.

Metro Line 6: Take the line towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and get off at Cambronne.



From Major Train Stations

Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est:

Metro Line 4: Take Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge.

Deposit Requirement

Deposit: A €150 deposit is required for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise: Respect the neighbors' peace and quiet; loud noises may result in deposit deductions.

Construction: Be aware of potential construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Usage: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Age Requirement

Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. No refunds will be provided if this rule is not adhered to.
