This 60-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The flexible space can be used as a living, dining, or home office area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) is provided, ideal for remote work or video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, toaster, electric kettle, full-sized refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. A washing machine is available for your convenience, and a drying rack is also provided. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



Both bedrooms are street-facing and furnished with double beds and high-quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, as well as bath towels for each guest. The apartment includes one bathroom, accessible via the hallway, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, along with complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay.



Guest safety is our priority, which is why the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

This apartment is ideally located near Bon Marche, great restaurants, several Metro stops and walking to most of the Paris sights. The process for connecting with management for information and/or entry was a bit complicated with the key was in a different location (easily found), but contact was via email only; not always easy to access. The apartment was bright and open, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice dining table and chairs, and a view of the (busy) street. It was fine for those exploring the city and a short stay but the kitchen was minimally equipped and the bathroom VERY small, especially the shower (30" x 30"at most). The place would improve with a sturdier couch, higher quality coffee maker and kitchen tools for preparing breakfast or a simple meal.
