Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises :

The apartment is particularly well located. Both the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations are less than 10 minutes' walk away. There are also subways lines 4, 5, 7, RER B and D.

The Saint-Martin and Ourcq canals are also major assets. They're just 10 minutes from the apartment.

You'll be staying in Little India, which is very popular for its exceptional cuisine.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, toll renoviert und sehr gut zum öffentlichen Personenverkehr gelegen. Sie bietet viel Platz und der Aufzug ist für die Lage im 3. OG sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Nachts ist es ziemlich ruhig. Schade ist, dass ein Schlafzimmer zum Wohnraum, bzw. zum Flur keine Tür hat. Ebenso ist es sehr schade, dass man für die Wohnung nur einen Schlüssel bekommt. Bei einer Wohnung für 5 - 6 Personen finde ich einen zweiten Schlüssel eigentlich notwendig, damit man unabhängig voneinander agieren kann. Eine kurze Beschreibung, z.B. wo der Müll hinkommt, wie der Microwellen-Ofen funktioniert usw., möglichst in mehreren Sprachen, wär auch wünschenswert gewesen. Haben alles gefunden, aber mußten erst suchen.
