"An amazing unforgettable stay on the 28th floor with breathtaking views, the only thing that is frustrating is the elevator call button on the ground floor needs replaced will often select a number next to the one pressed on. Would expect a nespresso machine instead of instant coffee & a kettle for a 4-star hotel"

"It was excellent in general. The bathrobes are a very nice touch. The only thing I would say was missing was a plastic bag to place laundry in inside my suitcase. The check-in was good but we asked for 2 room keys and the staff member said both keys were in the card holder she gave me. There was just one when we arrived at our room. I returned and asked for new keys since there may have been a key for our room that someone else had. Additionally, the printer at the reception was not working well and the staff had problems printing the agreement for me to sign."

"This hotel's location is excellent for visiting the city. It was also very clean and a decent value for the money. The breakfast buffet was top notch and well worth the cost - providing excellent assortment of breakfast foods, excellent coffee, and a nice way to get the morning started. It is a bit expensive (the buffet) but overall I would say a great way to go. The housekeeping staff was just wonderfully kind and helpful."

"We had a pleasant stay at Ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed to change rooms. Yes bathrooms are small but it’s Paris, that’s no surprise. Water pressure and temperature were great! The restaurant food was not so great. Very generic but staff was nice! Overall enjoyed my stay!"
