This was our home base for the Paris Olympics. It proved to be a nice neighborhood with easy access to local trains and buses. The staff was very helpful in both English and French. The only negative would be the breakfast buffet, which lacked diversity.

My stay was really very successful I stayed for 7 nights in a basic studio, I liked the property very much ..what I liked best about the place; the staff were very friendly and cooperative especially Ruth and Leo, and all the rest.. the Residhome is 10 minutes walking ro Quatre Temps and CNIT mall, which made it excellect close to the shopping area and having super U supermarket just in front of the hotel was an advantage ..the metro and RER were 10 minutes away which made it good location for transpotations.. the studio is well equipped and the girl responsible for the room cleaning is super clean and very helpful... sure i enjoyed my stay at Residhome Puteau France. SURE if I were to visit Paris again, I will go to Residhome ..

I stayed at the property during my 2-day solo trip to Paris. Even though the property is situated in the commercial district, it is a relatively calm and serene location. It is quite close to La Defense Mall (one of the largest Paris malls) and the La Defense metro station. Through the metro, the location connects very well to Paris city. The property is very well maintained. My room was quite comfortable and large. The staff at the reception is well versed in English (which put me at ease immediately) and courteous. In the wee morning hours, they happily agreed to click my best possible pictures during the check-out. Overall, it is a good value for money. I would indeed recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice quite & safe area, just in front of a bus stop that can take you to La Defense train hub where you can move easily to anywhere in Paris & above. The room is comfortable and well equiped, although lacking some more clothes drawers.

Nice if you need somewhere to just sleep if you’re going to be out all the time. Was decent, only one elevator working, electricity went out one day and in 7 days maid only came once. Not really worth that price, but decent if you only need to sleep or shower. Had to ask for extra towels also.

Great stay! Very nice hotel — overall experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and everything was well organized. Also a big plus: it’s only a 10-minute walk to a large shopping mall, which was super convenient. Definitely recommend! The only thing that wasn’t entirely clear in advance was the parking situation. I assumed a parking spot would automatically be included for the duration of the stay, but it turns out you need to reserve a spot separately in advance (€15 per day). Luckily, we were able to park at the hotel from the second day onwards. Until then, we parked in a public garage a bit further away (€20 per day). It wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if that had been mentioned more explicitly in the confirmation email :) All in all, we had a lovely time and would happily stay here again!

Maybe a miscommunication, but I sent an email previously and nobody answered, I requested to split the bed into a twin bed, but when I get into de hotel it's not split and nobody wanted to split, I asked to clean the room, but it was done at the 5th day, after some stress.
