ROMANTIC LUXE TOP FLOOR 1BR EIFFEL TOWER VIEW A/C

This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the legendary Rue Cler pedestrian street made famous by its fresh food shops and Bistros. You are also closed to the Invalides Museum (where Napoleon I is buried), the Quai Branly Museum for indigenous art . This is a high value residential district that is home to many diplomats, French government administrators, and academics from the nearby American University. It has easy access to transportation with the Ecole Militaire metro station, with Pont de l'Alma RER station ( direct to Versailles) and bus lines 69, 80, 28, and 920. The Seine river bank is also around the corner.
The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator ( there are still 15 steps to climb between ground floor and the apartment ) consists of a living room which provides a nice view of the Eiffel tower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed, a walk in closet, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washer and drier. The bedroom which is on the back is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open. The apartment is fully air conditionned.

The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than or around five minutes) to eiffel tower, museum du quai branly, invalides, rodin museum . It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

A lovely Parisian apartment

My wife and older daughter stayed her a few years ago, and we returned this year as well. The apartment is spacious, clean, and convenient, and very accessible to sites and transport. It's a nice quiet space in a busy city.

Great place in an amazing neighborhood

Excellent base of operations for Paris. Easy walks to a number of must-do sites. Excellent neighborhood with a Patisserie across the street. Olivier was an excellent host. All the amenities were just as described. Very comfy place - we even decided to just have a night in.

Great location!

We are pleased we stayed at this place. The location was great! The view of the Eiffel Tower never gets old and we were in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go (some walks were a little longer), but walking is a great way to experience Paris. The neighborhood was clean and safe and the host provided good recommendations. We had a great stay!

Best Location Ever!!

This was the perfect place to stay! The apartment was very nice. The location was close to great restaurants and shopping. My favorite part is how close it was to the Eiffel Tower. I walked there everyday! So happy!

This charming, very well appointed flat was our mini home-away-from home for a week's stay in Paris. Perfect for one or two people, we couldn't have asked for a better situated residence. Olympic stay

Great flat right in the heart of the city. Super close to the metro, Eifel tower and so many great cafe's. The bakery across the street is so good and loved going there for hot and fresh croissants. I would highly recommend this flat, but be ready for a small elevator that only fits two. but it goes with the charm and classic of the building.

Our first time in Paris

The apartment was incredible and our host was very gracious! We arrived early and our host let us in before our check in time to drop off our baggage. It was a quaint and cozy apartment that was impeccably clean. It was great to have a kitchen with everything we needed to make some meals. It as perfectly located and had great places to eat near by and was only walk-in distance from the Eiffel Tower. Thr apartment was very quiet as well!

Great Location

Spent a week here and glad we choose this VRBO. The location could not have been better. The apartment has a view of the Eiffel Tower (need to open window). Neighborhood is wonderful with everything you would want including being close to Rue Cler. It is on the top floor and there is a small elevator. Only about 10 stairs to get up to the elevator. The bed was great. Getting in and out of the bed is tight as the pictures show. All of the other pictures are a fair representation of the property.

Fabulous, roomy and bright. And location!!!!

We loved staying here 6 nights. It’s very rare to find accommodations that aren’t dark and windows facing other walls. This one is on the Top floor, with a lift and the windows let light in, amazing views and yet privacy. The locations is across the street from an amazing bakery, a few doors down to lots of restaurants and the apartment is stocked with all the spices and basics you need to fry an egg or prepare a meal. Love this apartment and will stay here again.

Excellent apartment in excellent location!

This apartment is as described. Clean, comfortable and in the most desirable of locations. The host left great suggestions for local eateries, was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Despite a rainy week in Paris my partner and I had a wonderful vacation. The location is everything- walkable to so many great sites. If you prefer to use public transportation this apartment is steps away from a taxi stand, close to the RER and has multiple Metro stations close by. Next time our travels take us back to Paris I certainly would stay here again.

Good location, wonderful view!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Olivier welcomed me when I arrived and showed me around the apartment. He also shared some tips on where to dine. I walked to some tourists sights and took the nearby metro and bus. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. I watched it sparkle every night. The bedroom faces a court at the back of the apartment, so it was quiet at night. It was truly a perfect stay.

Not a happy stay

The good - great location, super comfortable bed, charming decor, manager very helpful with early arrival and storing luggage. The bad - NO hot water on 2 separate days (5 days apart) including the 2nd time at 11PM when we had a 6AM pickup for CDG. And both times when we had been out of the apartment so there should have been plenty of hot water. Manager said "no one else reported this" - so what! It happened to us on 2 different days! I hope they fix this problem so someone doesn't have to take cold showers.

As described. Be sure to read all the fine print.

In a beautiful location. Very basic with no soap in the shower or other welcoming touches. We travelled all day from Bordeaux and had to purchase plane tickets after the Paris train station delayed all trains. It cost a lot of money and it was one delay after another. Our arrival time went from 3pm in Paris to 11pm....all beyond our control. We were shown the apartment briefly and then told to pay 40 euros to our host for late arrival. House rules or not, it was off putting. The check out form threatens further fines if the garbage isn't taken out and the kitchen not cleaned. Overall, I wouldn't stay again. I prefer hosted locations that view it as a hospitality business.

Location Location Location!!!!!!!

Apartments for rent on Rue Saint-Dominique, from one end of it to the other, are hard to come by, but if you are lucky enough to find one available…snap it up fast!! We won’t stay anywhere else in Paris. This property is particularly well situated to walk to anything you might want or need on the Left Bank…bistros, cafes, fine dining, shopping. You literally need go no farther than two doors down in either direction to find food, wine and entertainment…and then take a short stroll to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The apartment itself is small but quite comfortable. Its location is safe and the building is secure. The tenants are most friendly. The kitchen supplies are very sparse…don’t think you’ll just walk in and whip up a well appointed dinner for two. The stove, oven and fridge are more than fine, but the paper goods, basic seasonings, spices and other kitchen essentials are not there unless, so it appears, they have been left behind by other renters. Thankfully there is a nice market just down the block. The “view” of the Eiffel Tower is minimal unless you hang out of a window precariously. Would we stay here again? You bet we would!!!!
