    it is a 55 square meters apartment (= 592 square feet) with 1 bed room and 1 sofa to accommodate 4 guests.
    Location used to be an hold printing company building fully renovated few years ago, located in a quiet patio. Apartment is located at ground floor, opening directly into the patio.
    Large glass roof brings an exceptional light into the entire apartment. Glass roof windows can be opened for fresh air.
    Industrial spirit and wood roof dated from French revolution into bedroom have been preserved.
    Parisian decoration has been selected with Metro tiles into bathroom and separate toilets.
    Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction, washing machine, coffee machine, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) kettle... to make you feel at home.
    Apartment located closed to Republic and Grands Boulevard, closed to many theaters. 5 minutes walk from Metro station and 2 minutes walk from convenience stores and many restaurants. Closest metro station is 'Strasbourg Saint Denis' lines 4, 8 and 9 but you can decide to walk 5 minutes to 'Republique' metro station where 5 other metro/subway lines stop.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the apartment had everything we could think of and more. The detailed book on the apartment was clear, easy to follow and covered everything. The detailed book on attractions, restaurants, etc was very helpful. Rachel has really thought of everything. She was a pleasure to interact with, she thoughtfully checked in via text from time to time and was easily accessible. The accommodations were quite spacious, perfect for our family of 4. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of amenities close by and easy access to the metro. We highly recommend Rachel’s place and would love to go back!

Fantastic Property in Paris

We recently stayed with my wife and 2 kids and loved the location. Our host was fantastic throughout our entire stay and their property has everything you would need for your stay. It's located numerous restaurants and is a short walk away from the Metro Strasbough station. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a lovely apartment. We (Myself 39M, and my parents 77 and 79) stayed for 5 nights in April. The apartment itself is very comfortable, truly quiet, has great light, and is in a lovely location in Paris. The neighborhood is very lively with a lot of diversity and new things happening. Proximity to the metro is great, only a 5min walk. I stayed on the fold-out couch for 2 nights, while my parents were in the bedroom. I found the fold-out couch to be extremely comfortable and I slept very well on it. My parents found the main bed very comfortable. One important tip for anyone who will be sleeping in the living room: bring an eye mask! The ceiling windows that you see in the pictures do not have black-out covers on them, so the room is very bright when the sun is out. This is not an issue for the bedroom as it has blackout shades that leave the bedroom dark.The host is extremely responsive and gives very clear directions for how to enter the unit. She also left a great book with local food recommendations. The shower is lovely - great pressure! Lots of soaps already there and many towels available. Do note that the shower and toilet rooms are both accessed from the bedroom, so at night if someone is sleeping in the living area they will need to enter the bedroom to use the toilet. Wasn't a problem for us.I loved that ththise place felt like a real home - not designed purely to be a vacation rental. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The apartment is stocked with the sundries anyone could need. The place is spotless and quiet. The appliances are up to date. The location is convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. The Perfect Paris

The apartment was was exactly as the pictures portrayed, if not better. Location was great as you are close to the metro, which allows you to get anywhere you could want to go! Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries as well as grocery stores. So much better than a hotel would have been. Our hosts were fantastic. Always quick to respond to any question and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect!

I have rented many VRBO apartments but this apartment was , by far, the best apartment we have ever rented! The apartment has everything anyone could ever need. Absolutely Perfect Home Stay--Five Stars Across the Board

Our deepest thanks for Rachel for a most comfortable week in Paris. The apartment is exactly as described, but she provides much more than what is listed. The apartment is very quiet as it's in an enclosed courtyard, but it's centrally located, with easy access on foot to everything you'd want to see in le Marais, and in a vibrant, multicultural neighborhood.It's the best equipped home stay I've ever rented, especially if you like to cook. There are board games, too. Best of all is the guest guide with locals-only recommendations for dining and activities across Paris--we dined at a number of the places and they were amazing.You can't go wrong with this home, especially for extended stays. Amazing Stay in Paris

Property is as listed. Well furnished and great layout. Lots of natural light, and with its location minimal street noise. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Rachel was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great places to eat close to the apartment and there is a grocery store right down the street which made it really convenient if you need anything for snacks or drink. Perfect for first time in Paris!

I could not have asked for a better accommodation for my first time in Paris. It was wonderfully equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer... all the comforts of home. Importantly, it was VERY close to the metro, which I used to get all over Paris. It was also close to several very good cafes and bakeries as well as a few supermarkets. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. Moreover, Rachel was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. I wanted for nothing. I had the thought several times that if I make it back to Paris I would like to stay here again. I cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful Oasis

Rachel has thought of everything. This apartment is very comfortable, very well appointed, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It's so quiet and bright and you feel like you're in a private oasis in the heart of a busy and vibrant neighborhood. I was so impressed with the skylights and loved hearing the rain splashing on them. The kitchen is so well laid out, I wish I had more time to cook in it. There are tons of excellent takeaway restaurants and cafes in close proximity. After a full day of seeing the sights and enjoying the city, this is the perfect place to then cuddle up on the couch and rest up for the next day of adventures. The bed is VERY comfortable and the shower is big enough to really get clean in. Not having to navigate stairs with your luggage is a major plus. We loved staying here so much and will hope this place is available again on our next visit to Paris. Thank you so much Rachel for sharing your home with us. à bientôt !

Perfectly situated and well-equipped

I am extremely satisfied with my stay during 7 nights. My 18 yr old son slept on the sofa bed and my 18 yr old niece and I slept on the queen bed together (if you are American, I think the width of this bed is closest to a queen, smaller than a king). There are plenty of outlets and there are reading lights on each side of the bed. Floor fans are provided. This apartment is so well-situated to the Strasbourg St Denis station! We had direct access to 3 metro lines. There is a Co-op store right next to the apartment for buying your food and necessities. The owner is very responsive and kind. The air conditioner is a major plus to this apartment. Smart TV is new with streaming access and also local French channels. Everything in the apartment is modern. Has a big dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave and decent-sized refrigerator. A lot of space!!! I don’t have any complaints at all. I will definitely return to this apartment the next time I am in Paris.

Great Apartment in a non touristry area.

This is a great apartment! Of all the Vrbo's I've stayed in this one is the best stocked and supplied I've experienced. You could actually cook a real meal in this kitchen without having to improvise. You also don't have to run the dishwasher constantly because there only 4 cups, plates, forks, etc. There is plenty of everything. The pictures really don't do justice to this cute and comfortable apartment. There is a warning about the plumbing, but we experienced no issues. It is quiet and in a real Paris neighbor. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, plus all the shops you will need. The metro stop truly is less than two blocks away and has 3 lines. It is easy to get anywhere in Paris from there. The only inaccuracy I found was that it is 1.2 miles from the Louvre, not .6 of a mile. Everything is so understated about this apartment I'm sure it is a conversion issue from kilometers to miles. The only day we walked home from sightseeing was the day we went to the Louvre. Everywhere else you are going to need to use the Metro. I definitely recommend staying here and experiencing a real Paris neighborhood.

The place is so great. Very quiet close to metro, has air conditioning, plenty of space to eat in if you don’t want to eat out all of the time. Rachel is super responsive and helpful. Just remember to turn on the hot water when you arrive and you’ll be ready to go!
