Great Paris stay

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Very spacious room for our family with a double bed and twin beds. Breakfast was fine. Location was good, metro station 2 min walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Olympic triathlon visit

We really enjoying staying here. Great location to the Metro. Room is small but bed is comfortable. Service was excellent and breakfast very French which we loved. Would stay again

Great location next to the metro. We had a quadruple room at the front and we could hear the traffic quite loudly but didn’t disturb our sleep

Hotel was nice to stay at. Staff were really kind and helpful. Transport is good easy to get to popular areas in France such as the Eiffel Tower. The only bad thing I would say is the security, lifts should only be accessible to visitors and entry with Key card like other hotels. Random people can walk in and use the lifts.

Wish I could give 5 stars, but without the air conditioning that was advertised, it is only 4 star. Be warned, air conditioning is in lobby, not in room. Even at 28 degrees celsius, they would not provide A/C to the room. Very very hot in room, no screen if you open windows for fresher air and lots of fireworks happening. (Yay Paris football championship!) Aside from that, FANTASTIC place, service and location. Would definitely stay here again if they did in fact provide A/C in rooms. Call ahead. Metro and bus very close and easy to navigate with app. Free snacks, water and coffee provided in lobby. Coffee was really good. Croc place across the street and Thai/Vietnamese restaurant just a couple blocks down the street, fantastic and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a continental type breakfast: pastries, cheeses and hams. In addition, the reception area was very comfortable and has a coffee machine and water dispenser which can be used at any time. The room was spacious and tidy. However, there were stains on the towels and bedsheets which was why there is a lower cleanliness score.

We did have a good stay at this hotel, rooms were darker at night as the main lightning wasn't too bright, the only downside was we had ants in the room for the few days we stayed in expect for the last day (we had sprayed disinfectant around the room each night). Normally I wouldn't check under the bed but as there was ants I looked around but it was quite dusty underneath. Did notifiy the reception who offered another room and made a note on our room. One day I did leave a tissue with ants on it so they could see it, but it just got brushed to the corner with the corner table pushed against it so you couldn't see it was still there. Reception staff were brilliant though, and they have a snack station in the afternoon and coffee and water machine to use throughout the day! Great location for transport and a supermarket close by and minimart opposite. Would stay again though and recommended for the location.
