REDONE APARTMENT & PRIVATE PENTHOUSE IN LE MARAIS NEAR CENTRE POMPIDOU

This beautiful duplex of 2150 sq ft has been renovated in February 2024, with all modern conveniences. Set in a modern building next to the Pompidou center, on the fourth floor with a lift, facing south, this property is located in the heart of the Marais, the most vibrant arrondissement of Paris, in walking distance from many attractions like the Louvre, Picasso museum, Place des Victoires, Saint-Eustache's church and even Notre Dame. The neighbourhood is surrounded by many nice restaurants, organic stores, bakeries, supermarkets and liquor stores. All windows are double glazed and sound proof (although there is not much noise on this pedestrian area to begin with!)

The apartment's layout and its size will provide you with ample space to relax and to enjoy your own privacy. The living room set upstairs overlooks the gorgeous rooftop of 1615 sq ft with his flowers, tomatoes plants and even a palm tree. It also has a grill, long chair and a outdoor table for 6 people. Ideally suited for two couples or a family with children, the two bedrooms sleep 4 guests comfortably and a sofa bed will provide 2 additional persons. The 2 bedrooms are master bedrooms and have king size beds. There's toilet in each bathroom and an additional one upstairs.
The sitting room is very large and has a modern dining table. The kitchen has been designed and equipped to enable you to cook a wonderful meal. It has a lovely, large black Carrara marble work area and faces the dining area.

The apartment has a state of air conditioning system and there is also a central heating in each room, including the bathrooms; free high speed wifi ; 3 flats screens TV, Netflix, DVD player, guide books, washer dryer, microwave, induction hob, Gaggenau oven and stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

The closest Metro station is Rambuteau, 1 minute away and Velibs (bicycles that can be rented daily or weekly and are a great way to explore Paris) are close by. The airports and the main train stations can easily be reached by public transport or by taxi and you will receive a mail containing all information and direction you need once the apartment is booked.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and friends. The location is right in the heart of the heart of the Marais. Marcello, the host, was a dream to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The unit was immaculate. After a day of touring, it was so nice to come back to the unit and enjoy the terrace with wine and snacks. If I come back to Paris, I will definitely reserve this unit again. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone wanting to spend time in Paris.

The apartment is in a great location. Shops and restaurants are steps away. It is within a 2 or 10-minute walk of several lines of the Metro providing easy access to sights and monuments. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Large bedroom has limited privacy but was not an issue for our group. Ample kitchen supplies with Nespresso machine, which was all we needed to get our day started. The owner, Marcello, was excellent to work with and very helpful and responsive. Enhanced our 5-night stay in Paris.

The apartment was perfect for our three sisters trip. The beds were super comfortable, our host was most accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the roof top garden every night. Marcello was a great host. He was friendly, informative, and detail-oriented. We had a walk-thru on the rental and were given information about the neighborhood. The location was great for walking around even late at night; lots of restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarkets. It's also walking distance to various attractions with metro station at the corner. Marcello is great- easy to communicate with. We really liked the unit. It is modern and the outdoor area is a bonus. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. There are screens to make the bedroom seem private, but there is no door. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if 2 couples need lots of privacy, one will be a little disappointed. Even still, I recommend the home and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment for our Thanksgiving in Paris. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and it had everything we needed while we were there. Marcello was a fantastic host, and he went out of the way to help us book a car to and from the airport to his apartment in the city center. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and how to get around. There was a great binder with recommendations on restaurants and grocery stores that we utilized several times over our week as well. He made up the couch after our arrival in the upstairs loft for our daughter, and we were able to have separate sleeping arrangements for our family of four, which was fantastic. The beds were all comfortable, too!The apartment is in a fantastic location to access the city, and we were able to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, and many other great locations, and it had easy access to the metro as well. The area felt safe, and we were comfortable walking around early in the morning and in the evening as well, and there were great boulangeries close by for breakfast and many great cafes and restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Paris!

Family Paris Adventure!

Our family of four had an amazing four days in Paris at this property. It's steps from the Pompidou Centre and everything you need is at your fingertips as you walk out the front door of the apartment: great restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery, fruit, the metro, etc. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Ile de la Cite, where you will find both Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle cathedrals. The property has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, has a great kitchen and has air conditioning. The highlight of the property is the private rooftop deck/garden. Marcello’s place is perfectly located, walkable to many of the amazing places Paris has to offer. Marcello is readily available as needs arise and even arranged our transport to the airport upon departure. Additionally, groceries, cafes, and pharmacies very near by. It is a large unit with room for 6 comfortably, with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed. A rooftop garden, fully equipped kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, makes it a lovely location for families. I highly recommend this VRBO location.

Perfect Olympic home base

Beautiful space, exquisite outdoor patio, in the Marais, quiet, convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in Paris.
