Great value for money

Great stay with no fuss. Near to metro stations. Staffs are friendly. Downside is the city tax is not included in the price even though it says taxes and fees included. Hotels.com has a big problem with their listings in France as almost all the places that I’ve stayed in with them the prices excludes city tax unlike booking.com

Cozy hotel in Paris

We were three adults traveling through Paris for five nights. We enjoyed our stay at Palma hotel. The room was very cute and served us well. It would work for up to four people, but was small for the three of us with one large suitcase each (small-like most Europe hotel rooms). The staff was always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall, we were happy to stay there and would stay again.

Palma Hotel

It was a clean comfortable hotel and good value for money, however very noisy even with the windows closed, a lot of service vehicles and a police station close by. traffic stated early. There was a taxi cab nearby and good local shops and cafes.

Rent og greit rom med fin beliggenhet i 20 arr.

Une décoration contemporaine. Un lieu calme : ma chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure sans bruit. Les sanitaires sont correctes avec le nécessaire. Une bouilloire et petites infusion, thé, café sont à disposition dans la chambre. Rien ne manquait. Seul bémol : le matelas que j ai trouvé un peu dur. J ai tout de même bien dormi.

Ho soggiornato in coppia per 3 notti presso questo hotel nel mese di maggio 2019. É una struttura di fascia media, senza sfarzi ma per noi é stato ottimo. I 3 punti di forza sono pulizia, disponibilitá del personale e collocazione strategica (vicino a ristoranti negozi farmacie e metropolitana) La camera era un po' piccola ma con tutto l'occorrente e il letto molto comodo. Per coppie o viaggi con amici lo consiglio.

Very conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfast was not substantial, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was heavenly after being out in the hot sun all day! Shower stall was very small, but water flow was good.

Trivelig hotell sentralt i 20arrondisement.

Veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold på Palma hotell. Det er et lite og koselig. Vi bodde tre voksne på et nyoppusset rom. Det var gode senger og et rent og fint bad med god dusj. Liten resepsjon med smilende og hjelpsomt personale. Vi har ofte besøkt Paris, men dette var vårt første opphold i 20 arr. Hotellet har fin beliggenhet. Gangavstand til mange spisesteder. Vi spiste vår frokost bare et par minutters gange unna. Stas å sitte ute på bistroen med vår franske "petite déjeuner" mens vi titter på alle folkene som går forbi. Hotellet tilbyr også frokost. Metrostasjon ligger rett om hjørnet. Vil absolutt anbefale dette enkle, rimelige hotellet!

Return Visit

I stayed here in May for a couple of nights and was happy to stay here again when I planned another trip to Paris in November. Reasonable price reflects the hotel being slightly out of the centre, but everywhere is easily accessible from Gambetta. I recommend getting a one-day travel card (moblis) and exploring the metro.

Lors de mon arrivée dans cet hôtel, j'ai reçu un message du site www.hotel.com me demandant de donner ma première impression sur cet hébergement dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles, ce que je fis immédiatement en indiquant que j'avais été désagréablement surpris par la petitesse de la chambre. Lorsque je suis descendu pour aller dîner, j'ai été interpellé par le responsable de l'hôtel Palma qui m'a agressé (verbalement) parce que j'avais osé donné mon avis sur la chambre que j'occupais et que des millions de personnes allaient voir ma critique sur Internet. J'ai rétorqué très calmement que je n'avais fait refléter la réalité, ce à quoi le gérant de l'hôtel s'est emporté en me répondant qu'il ne toucherait que 60 euros par nuit sur cette chambre qu'il aurait pu louer jusqu'à 139 euros... Je suis resté un moment interloqué et sans voix.. quelle attitude agressive et quel accueil ! Je lui quand même fait remarquer que je payais le prix qui était affiché sur le site, soit 88 euros par nuit, sans le petit déjeuner et que j'étais très désagréablement surpris par son attitude et son discours. En effet, ce monsieur veut bien être sur Internet et des sites de réservations hôteliers ,pour remplir son hôtel et vendre des nuitées, mais visiblement il n'accepte pas les avis laissés par les clients qui ne sont pas trop satisfaits de l'accueil, de la chambre et des prestations proposées par l'hôtel Palma au 77 rue Gambetta 750020 Paris. Untel comportement est indigne d'un véritable professionnel.
