Great hotel, great location, small rooms

The hotel is very nice, but the rooms were quite small. As we were on a longer vacation and this was our first stop, we had big suitcases and there wasn’t really any room for them. The hotel itself is in a great location and has great staff; the staff was attentive and fantastic.

Central position, close to Operà and metro stations. The room was silent but quite small (as in every hotel in Paris!); availability of coffee machine in the room. We did not try breakfast.

Great location but small rooms. Cafe downstairs has coffees and other eco treats. Nearby restaurants are expensive. Other than McD and BK. Metro is close. Depending on room, quite noisy during day but ok at night. I would stay there again because of its plusses

Unfortunately the walls are so thin and the rooms not soundproofed in any way that I was kept awake by the person in the next rooms snoring, which travelled in a manner that made it seem like they were in the room with me. It’s for this reason I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel with awesome location!

What an amazing stay! I want to address other concerns I have read about in here. Is the room small? Yes, it is a small boutique Parisian hotel. It kept us close but in no way impacted our stay. Is the elevator tight? Yes, it is a small boutique Parisian hotel. You cannot beat the service, location and cleanliness of this hotel - especially in this price range. The go as far as to send you a pre-stay survey to make sure you have the best stay possible. In the survey I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our 20-year anniversary and we had a bottle of wine waiting in our room for us. The front desk staff were able to even help with a bit of French (Bonjour is used in the morning). The car service they arranged for us to get to the airport upon our departure was a great help! The location is amazing - walkable to everywhere. You are very close to the Louvre and the Opera but we were even able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. This hotel was awesome!

Arrived to a dirty room. Balls of hair and dust in the bedroom and bathroom. Hairs in the ‘clean’ folded towels. Dust all over surfaces. Very noisy. An infuriating electronic doorbell sound could be heard from my room. Paid extra for a bath but the plug didn’t actually hold the water in the bath.

Ich war mit zwei meiner erwachsenen Kinder auf Städtereise in Paris. Das Hotel ist aufgrund seiner Lage ideal für einen Städtetrip. Die nächste Metrostation sowie Busstationen sind um die Ecke und man erreicht vieles auch zu Fuß. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein mit einen Doppelbett und einem weiteren kleineren Bett, aber für 4 Nächte ging es, da wir uns dort nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten haben. Auch das Badezimmer war winzig, aber alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Hotel selber hat wirklich Flair und das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück gab es in einem Nachbarhotel, welches max. 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt war. Hierfür konnte man jeden Tag Frühstücksmarken an der Rezeption von unserem Hotel holen, welche man in dem anderen Hotel abgeben musste. Die Kosten hierfür haben wir dann beim Check-out beglichen. Der kleine Frühstücksbereich im Nachbarhotel war ebenfalls richtig schön, vom Stil her wie in einem typischen Wiener Café. Auch dort war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Für uns war die Auswahl an sich völlig ausreichend, ich hätte mir hier nur etwas mehr frisches Gemüse wie Paprika und Gurken beim Buffet gewünscht, aber sonst war alles wunderbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder das Hotel Monsieur Helder bei einer Reise nach Paris buchen.

スタッフの皆様がとても親切で、心地よく過ごせました。立地はとてもよく、駅から近く、近くになんでも揃っていました。深夜の騒々しさを懸念していましたが、心配をよそに静かに過ごせました。 狭さも心配していましたが、3人で過ごすのになんの問題もありませんでした。 1ℓ程度のガラス瓶に毎日水が提供されました。毎晩足りなくてスタッフの方に追加をお願いしましたが、いつも快く対応してくださいました。 5泊しましたが、毎晩部屋に帰るたびにシャボンの良い香りがして、清潔感が感じられるクリーニングが嬉しかったです。 シャワーの水圧と、ドライヤーの威力がもっとあればパーフェクトでした。 フランスに行く際はまた泊まりたいです。

Overall, an ok small hotel. The beds and pillows are on the hard side. There is a brown liquid coming off the shelves, spilling on the floor of the bathroom, which made it an unsightly and untidy sight. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful to a certain extent.

1月初めに4泊しました。 パリの最高気温が1度くらいでしたが、部屋には暖房もあり寒さは全く感じませんでした。 毎日ボトルのウォーターサービスもあり、部屋の掃除も良かったです。またパリに行ったら利用したい。

みんな感じがよく、11/27-28とフロントにいた男性が特に親切でした。 最終日は21:50CDG発だったので、荷物を預かってくれたり、購入したバターやチーズを冷凍、冷蔵ともに保管の対応もしてくれて本当に助かりました。 部屋はせまいけど温かく、キレイで水回りも問題なし。立地も良く次回も泊まりたいと思います。また、1階のカフェも美味しい！タクシー呼んだ時もスムーズだったし、Uberもホテル前まで問題なく来れて、ここにしてよかったです。 チェックイン二日くらい前に来たメッセージも英語だけど感じがよいのが伝わる文章で、その時点から安心感がありました。 ありがとうございました！

Il faut traverser la rue pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Chambre mansardée qui réduit d'un tiers l'espace. Chambre mal isolée, voys êtes avec vos voisins. Des boules quies sont à disposition. Caution de 50 € normalement bloquée sur le compte bancaire, débitée au dépôt. Explication de la réception "on vous remboursera dans quelques jour."
