Located in a peaceful Parisian neighborhood just 30 minutes’ walk from the Champs-Élysées, this charming classic-style apartment offers modern comfort under the Parisian rooftops. With exposed beams and a sloped ceiling, it combines the allure of historic architecture with a refreshed design. Floral wallpaper, elegant chandeliers, ornate moldings, and a canopy headboard add sophistication and warmth. A perfect retreat blending timeless charm with contemporary French flair.
The space
The apartment is located in a heritage building with neo-Gothic décor, once a private mansion gifted in 1911 by Louis Renault to the famous opera singer Jeanne Hatto.

Important: No elevator in the building - the apartment is accessible through the stairs on the 4th floor.

The apartment includes:

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and no WC)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people
The apartment is ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 4th floor through the stairs (no elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
