Stay in one of the most coveted areas of Paris, the Marais neighborhood, in a charming and fully renovated apartment. Along with two separate bedrooms, contemporary bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, this accommodation features an authentic classical style with floral wallpapers, antique furniture and chandeliers. This is a cosy and elegant retreat for a Parisian stay, subtly blending French history with contemporary comfort.
The space
Important: No elevator in the building - the apartment is accessible through the stairs on the 1st floor.

The apartment includes:

- 2 Bathrooms (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub and WC)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is equipped with:

- High speed Wifi

Guest Access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor through the stairs (no elevator)

Other things to note
A mandatory €500 deposit is required before arrival. Details will be provided beforehand. This is a security measure to ensure compliance with our house rules

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
