    Mobility lease, seasonal lease, or second home possible.

    Place d’Italie, lines 5/6/7.
    It’s bright, quiet, newly renovated, and available immediately.
    Lively area with plenty of shops.
    Washing machine. 2 TVs.
    Ideal for 2 people (+50€/day/person), and I accept short-term leases of a few months; mobility lease terms negotiable.
    Separate bathroom.
