The space
The apartment is located in a heritage building, constructed in 1898-1899 by the architect Édouard Wattier.

Important : Due to the central location, you may hear some noise during your stay

- Bedroom 4 on mezzanine (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

- 1 Dining room with seating for 6
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (with shower and no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

2 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: sofa bed that can accommodate two people

The apartment is ideal for 8 people and can accommodate up to 10 people

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator)

There is an elevator, but please note that there are some stairs to reach it.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
