Guest access
Easy access: on the day before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside a Masterlock in the Merveil mailbox.
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor, accessible via the stairs. You may be misled by an half floor, do carry on climbing up the stairs until the blue door on the first floor.

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the arrival day, arrival at 7pm on the spot.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
