This is a wonderful apartment to stay in Paris! The neighborhood is walkable to all sites and transportation and has literally hundreds of restaurants near by. Jola is a great communicator and made us feel very welcomed.

Great communication with property owner and location can’t be beat. Easy walking to all the wonderful sites. Getting up the stairs with suitcases was a little challenging but I’m all for a challenge.

Perfect location in Paris!

We couldn't have picked a more central or convenient location! While the property is small, it didn't matter much because we were always out and about. And it was very comfortable. Restaurants all around and easy access to all sites!

Great little gem

The apartment is perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. There were tons of activities just a few steps outside our door plus easy access to the sights of Paris. The property manager was incredibly helpful and hospitable even made recommendations to what ended up being our favorite restaurant in the city. Highly recommend this booking.

The host is very responsive and very kind. Our only issue was the room was hot but there was a heat wave. The air condition just needs a vent as it blows hot air. But a good stay for 3 nights.

Great location

Great location for Metro stops, restaurants, bakery and cafes shops in 5 minutes. The host is very responsive to respond any questions. Nannbag is next to the apartment to store luggages , which is very convenient too. We had a great time in Paris. Thanks for hosting us.

Great stay in an excellent location

We spent a week in the apartment which was very close to the Louvre. We had access to many Metro stops from here as its close to Chatelet des Halles, just. Block from Rue Rivoli and 2-3 blocks from the Seine. We walked everywhere and had a comfy apartment to return to.

The location was centralized with food options after a busy day of exploring and made our 3-day stay in the city very enjoyable. Convenient location

Very close to shopping and cafes. Hidden location. Cleaning person arrived at 8:30am instead of after check out. But all was fine. Hot towel rack was great!

Studio with great location

Great communication with host at anytime. The location is near some of the major attractions. Cafe's half a block away, safe area. Comfortable bed. Shower nice. Kitchen well stocked.

This property is in a fantastic location. We could walk or easily take the metro anywhere we needed to go. It is small for a family of 4, but we really only needed it as a place to sleep at night. The amount of restaurants and cafes within a couple of blocks radius was phenomenal.

Best location

The communication was fantastic. Jola is very helpful, the apartment is minute walk from the Lourve, Opera house, Train and bus stops. The apartment has Parisian old character but the interior is modern enough and accommodates 4 people comfortably. This apartment is a perfect place for a short visit.

A reasonable place in a great location. Old building wooden spiral staircase to room up 30 stairs. We stayed in October so nice abd cool. Had a window, nothing to look, but didnt stay in room much matter we weren't in thevery much

Jola was a nice host and very responsive! Everything we needed for our stay was available from disheasher to washing machine and detergent. When we arrived, my kids got disappointed about the entrance and stairs conditions (since they looked so old) but the apartment was nicely prepared. The location is awesome and also there is a market right downstairs if you need anything.

Excellent location and it felt very safe at night when we did a lot of our exploring. The host was very communicative which was helpful. The washer/dryer was broken when we arrived and we were not notified which was disappointing as we had been travelling already for 10 days. But there was a laundry mat around the corner. There was a smell to the apartment - moth balls? After leaving Paris our clothing still has that smell…

Great for a short stay and if you travel light!

We booked Dec 16-19. The location was fantastic and we particulary liked Motors Coffee and Uno for Italian.Steps from the Louvre, it's a convenient spot. Tricky spiral stairs to the unit. We had heavy luggage which I would not recommend for this space due to the spiral stairs. If you travel light and have small bags, this may work for you.Beds are comfortable and the bath is functional. Host was responsive. Enjoy!

Excellent location, wonderful host!

We had a great stay at this property! It is an excellent location, located very close to the metro, the river, many restaurants and shops, the Louvre, and other tourist spots. The property had everything we needed, and the host was extremely helpful and communicative, immediately calling me when I had a question and helping me work it out. The only drawback is that there is not much natural light, but if you are looking for a place to stay while exploring the city, it is perfect! We spent most of our time out in Paris and it did not bother us. You can’t beat this location and this host for this price!
