You will stay in this fully furnished apartment a few steps from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe.

This Parisian flat will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe area. It is located and close to the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. It is also a short walk from Porte Maillot convention center.

This apartment is located on the ground floor on a charming courtyard with trees. It has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its view of a garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

Fantastic place!

Location is fantastic. Great restaurants nearby. Our family felt very safe. Everyone was very friendly. Close to the Metro where we could easily get to all parts of the city. Love this place.

Wonderful apartment!

This place was exactly even better than advertised and the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay in Paris. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The location is great and there is a convenient grocery store across the street. We were very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Paris with a group of people.

Short visit to Paris

The place is modern and clean. Check in was fantastic and easy. Good location, close to a few boulangeries for quick pastries. A bit of a walk to the metro, but doable even for my 82 yo MIL. Nice location and felt very safe. Grocery store on corner. Really liked this place.

Family of 8 adults accommodated very comfortably. Pictures are very realistic of the size and accommodation. Would definitely recommend the property for a large group. Grocery market across the street. Great places for food and wine. Staff extremely helpful with ant issues. Would highly recommend for a big group.

Paris apartment

Excellent central location within short walking distance to major attractions and metro. A grocery store right on the same block across the street. Nice property with enough room to accommodate 8 people. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor and the stairway is spiral, so not the best for anyone with mobility issues or little ones who need extra safety. Kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Appliances oven/microwave combo and very small washer/dryer are European style and takes some getting used to, but works well. Check in and check out very easy and management accommodating. No air conditioning might be an issue in the summer, but heaters worked great and there was a separate one for every room. Would definitely stay again with family and recommend to family and friends!

This apartment was perfect.

This apartment was great for our visit. Close to the Arc de Triumph. We walked to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and the Champs-Élysées. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning apartment in heart of Paris

The property managers were amazing and made our experience seamless. The apartment was extremely well set up to accommodate a large family, very clean and comfortable - close to everything- transport, restaurants, shopping. Highly recommend - 5 stars

Paris in Spring

Property manager was always available for questions. Apartment looks exactly as advertised. Washer/Dryer unit a little difficult to use, but OK. Apartment was clean. I think they have a problem with tiny ants as this was mentioned before. Not an infestation, but there were a few. Didn't bother us. Very safe neighborhood. We had 5 in our group and it accommodated us well. We didn't use the sofa beds, so more could stay here. Wonderful experience and we would use this again should we come back to Paris!

Location was great, amenities were good. Clean, safe neighborhood. Close to shopping/attractions.

It was hot and the property doesn’t have AC which I think is normal in Paris. Unfortunately we couldn’t get any of the fans to work in the house. We also didn’t know how to use the washing machine/dryer combo. When I reached out to ask about both, I never received a response. Overall great property, just wish there had been better communication.

Très bel emplacement et spacieux

Très bel emplacement et très spacieux, avec un accueil chaleureux. Gros bémol par contre dû à une invasion de fourmis - Il y en avait jusque dans le lit avec réveil la nuit a cause de cela. Le service de maintenance est passé, ce qui était appréciable, mais il en a résulté pas mal de traces noires (dues aux fournis mortes) que nous avions trouvé même en arrivant - pas optimal d’un point de vue effet propreté. Le dernier jour les voisins d’en face ont fait une fête très, très bruyante, jusque bien après 1h du matin. Pas sûr si c’était habituel ou non. Malgré cela bon séjour dans l’ensemble et l’espace a rattrapé l’incident fourmis.
