Only book if you are okay with having no windows and being on the ground floor with the possibility of people looking into the room you are staying.
The apartment is one of those arrangements with remote hosting and was previously as a store. There are no windows, so the air become stale and mouldy very easily. The air conditioning is a must all the time, otherwise the whole place gets damp. Despite having a full kitchen and a hot tub, they are not useable because if one cooks everything smells like cooking and so will be damp.
The listing is extremely deceiving and the sleeping situation is actually an ikea pull out totally different from what is in the pictures. There is no terrace nor anything and the unit that is illustrated is not the one provided. The place honestly feel claustrophobic.
Because the store was subdivided and the walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors on the side and above you. You share the entrance with an orthopedist and the clients come and go all day long. Your entrance is besides the foyer and the door slamming is constant. Sleeping might become difficult and require good earplugs.
Despite all the above, it is located in a good safe and quiet neighborhood and is in front of a good supermarket. Metro stations are 5-10 minute walk. 15 minute uphill walk to the Triumph Arc. There are several amenities, like a full kitchen, plates, cups, hair drier, steamer, towel warmer, clothes iron, a dishwasher. Lacks desk and a chair, hangers.
