"AN UNUSUAL PARIS, A CAMPAIGN IN THE HEART OF PARIS"
This cottage of independent charm welcomes you in an unusual area, classified, mixing calm and animation.
The small house is located in a pedestrian impasse appreciated by hikers and its inhabitants for its greenery and its silence.
Far from the hustle and bustle of cars and noises of the city, its geographical situation is ideal because it allows to reach the heart of Paris in less than fifteen minutes (RER, metro)
You have a kitchen and dining area, a living room, a bathroom with an Italian shower. You can enjoy a small private terrace (6 square meters) that will make you appreciate the calm of the impasse. In the morning, noon, evening, or any time of the day you can take the time to settle there to start your day quietly in an intimate and romantic place.
The bedroom is duplex and has a large bed.
You will have at your disposal all the necessary lingerie (towels, tea towels, sheets ...)
Coffee, tea, jam, bread ... will be available for your first days of your stay.
Your arrival and departure times are flexible thanks to access to the house by an access code.
You can, on reservation, have a parking space located at about thirty meters from the house (supplement of 10 euros per 24h)

Very cozy and was my idea of a small cottage/apt in Paris. Perfect.

The booking went very smoothly and the arrival too. Although far away from most of the tourist spots, we were very ok on that point, we had a Metro close by and were able to move around with ease.

Great stay in Paris!

The property was spacious, clean, and looked just as described. Cecile was very kind and friendly. It was very close to the metro, which made getting to different parts of Paris easy. Overall we had a great stay!

A delightful haven of greenery tucked away from the noise of the city.

'La Petite Maison' was an excellent base for our stay in Paris. We were warmly greeted and really appreciated the quality produce provided for us on our arrival. The wide range of guide books, and information about Paris, available in the property was very useful, even for seasoned Paris visitors like ourselves. We discovered a number of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood that provided good food and wine at a sensible price. We loved this property and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the lesser known areas of Paris, or to anyone who wants to explore the hot spots of Paris without paying hot spot prices. We came home thinking that there was a lot more that we would like to explore in this area of Paris and that 'La Petite Maison de Paris' would be the ideal base for us.

Rare Find

This was an amazing experience from the moment I even began to look up a place to stay in Paris. I had not traveled for a long time. A friend said Try VRBO. I entered Paris and up came La Petit Maison. I was blown away by the photos and thought “this can’t be true. what’s the catch?” When we walked down the Alley and opened the gate and Cecile’s bright smile was there to greet us, all my usual travel worries melted away. Our short 3 day stay was perfect. We took Metros to see art, spent time at the famous cemetery Père LaChaise, and had fun preparing great food from local SuperMarches. Some friends warned us that the outer Arrondissements might not be safe. Not so. We enjoyed the eclectic, and emerging quality of the neighborhood. If we come back to Paris we hope we can stay here again.

Aussergewöhliche Unterkunft in Paris, sehr nette Vermieterin

Das kleine Seitenhaus liegt in einer sogenannten Impasse (Sackgasse) im 20. Arrondissement von Paris. Der kleine Innenhof des Anwesens der Vermieterin Cecile als auch die zweigeschossige Unterkunft (ein großer Raum inkl. Küche, Bad und WC) ist nett begrünt, die direkte Nachbarschaft ruhig. In der Nähe der Impasse gibt es Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte, der Place de la Nation mit gutem Nahverkehrsanschluss liegt fussläufig (zu beachten ist: weder die Unterkunft noch die Pariser Metro ist barrierefrei). Die Vermieterin Cecile ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir (meine Frau und ich) haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen Paarurlaub in Paris können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Beautiful little house.

Equipped with everything you need, including many guide books. Super quiet. Clean. Really nice owner. Very convenient/close to several metro stations. Very close to Père Lachaise cemetary. Try the restaurant across the street, it's good, but get reservations if you want to sit on the terrasse.

Wer das echte Paris erleben will, ist hier völlig richtig. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind 1A. Viele gute Geschäfte, die Metro, tolle Restaurants wie auch Bäckereien in sehr kurzer Distanz. Die Terrasse und die Ruhe ein Traum. Auch wenn wir am heissesten Tag seit jeher in Paris da waren, ist die Wohnung immer noch angenehm. Nur um auch etwas negatives zu sagen, das Internet koennte etwas besser sein.

The real Paris

We have been to Paris many times and have seen all the tourist "must see places." The city has become a lot more expensive and very crowded and we looked forward to simply experiencing what it is like to live in a non-touristy part of the city like we were natives. The Charrone neighborhood fit that expectation perfectly. Madame Juppy is a very gracious host who lives nest door. The little house is as charming as the pictures. We made good use of the terrace. The only thing the place lacks is an oven. There is a microwave, but that does not replace an oven for real cooks. A toaster oven would be useful. We recommend the little house for no more than 2 people.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Cécile la propriétaire discrète et attentionnée .La petite maison est adorable ,très bien aménagée au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante même en hiver . Elle est blottie au fond d'une impasse ravissante dans un quartier très sympathique ,tout près du métro et des commerces, petits restaurants pas chers ...c'est Paris dans la verdure !
