Place was clean and location perfect. My only comment would be that the front door to the unit was very heavy and took a great deal of strength to push open. I am 75 and could not open. My male friend had to really lean in and push. The bakery on the street below was heavenly. Recommend highly.
This is such a great place to stay. Location is perfect, and the Pâtisserie below it is not to be missed! Excellent accommodation, excellent communication, just great in all aspects!
This property could not have been in a better place for us. It was warm and welcoming and very comfortable

This 2 bedroom/bathroom apartment is a great property in a central location with easy access to local bakerys, stores and trains. Nadia was excellent to work with and super at answering questions. Their is some exterior construction going on outside, but for our family of 4 it was not a problem for us.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment during the Olympic games. It is in a great location, easy to walk every where and close to the metro. Nadia's communication was excellent. This is an apartment we would definitely stay in again.
The location was great! The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Check in was not only timely, but Daniel was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the trip. Wifi can be a bit spotty in the second bedroom, but still functional. Overall, I would highly recommend!
Great Place! Plenty of room; back bedroom very quiet. Front bedroom on street and a bit noisy. Great bakery downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Walk out the entry door of apartment villa and you are staring at Eiffel Tower. We would definitely stay again.
Great location! Large apartment with a beautifully remodeled front bedroom bath. Only one burner on the gas stove worked, coffee machine didn’t work, and the 2nd bath was a makeshift shower. It sprayed everywhere, and was impossible to soap up without water spraying all over. We had to use the nice bath. This apartment looks much better in photos. Desperately needs an update.
Sandra was accomodating in meeting us when our train delayed due to missed connection.
Thriving location. Can recommend local Boulangerie next door! Some gorgeous little shops around and very central .
It was lovely to come home from busy days and have our little oasis.
Extremely well equipped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at La Lumiere Eiffel! The apartment was warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. The apt was spacious, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was wonderful.. full of shops and restaurants and close to the metro. The communication from our host was outstanding and we appreciate the kindness they showed us during our stay. We even were greeted with a bottle of wine and tickets for the hour long river cruise near the Eiffel Tower. We highly recommend this apt and hope to return sometime soon.
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and we could not be happier. The location was perfect- close to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, supermarkets, restaurants and River Seine. It was close to the metro - la tour Maubourg and the bus 69 passes by our front door. We stayed with my daughter, her husband and a 8 month old baby. The back bedroom was quiet and private for them …and it had a tub. Overall, the apartment was roomy. And it was well stocked with soaps and essentials. Thanks to the hosts for the bottle of wine and the chocolate!
From check-in to check-out we had a lovely experience and stay. When Nadia greeted us she knew we were there for the Olympics and handed us an Olympic tote bag (very thoughtful!), had a bottle of wine for us, and showed us around the flat. It was just as described and had all of the amenities including air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. to make our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing, such a beautiful area with a lot of great places to eat and only a 13 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. I had a few questions and Nadia was so helpful not just about the flat itself but gave us loads of places of interests to visit as well as
restaurant recommendations. We had such a lovely stay!

Great apartment, needs some maintenance
The welcome process was fantastic with Nadia’s greeter. The layout and location are excellent. The hot water did not work for a day and there was a mouse that scurried across the living room. With a little maintenance it will be perfect.
A very Parisian apartment well located with plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Very good croissants, bread and sandwiches at the downstairs boulangerie. Check in was a bit odd as we were to meet at a shop down the street which meant trundling luggage farther than necessary. To be fair, I am in my 70s so that is meaningful to me. There was a problem with the livingroom lighting that was fixed eventually but was very inconvenient for the day plus it was unusable. All in all our stay was very nice and we would come back again.
This rental is clean, well appointed and in a great location. It is one floor up from street level via stairs, no elevator. There is a Patisserie next store and a metro stop is 2 blocks away. We found it to be within walking distance of all the museums, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe. One bathroom has the toilet in a hallway about 6 feet from the part of the bathroom with the sink and tub but I believe this is mentioned in the description. It's odd for an American. Hosts were very responsive.
This apartment is just as represented in photos and description. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower and a couple of different metro stops. It's a safe neighborhood and there is a great boulangerie right next door. The kitchen has everything you need as far as pans, dishes, flatware, a toaster, good refrigerator and freezer. My only complaint was handled quickly upon my request. The building was undergoing major maintenance, which required scaffolding across the entire front of the building. This meant noise, paint fumes if we opened the windows, and lack of natural light in the living room and front bedroom. When I brought it all this up with the owners they offered us a partial refund.. A fair accommodation for the somewhat diminished enjoyment of the apartment. Communication about this and other things was fast.Overall positive experience.
From the start, the communication with the property managers was outstanding. We booked our 10 night trip to Paris from California over 6 months in advance and were stressed about how it would go. We needn't have worried! The property managers were very responsive to all our questions prior to arrival and extremely helpful during our stay. We did have a couple of minor issues with the apartment, but the property manager (Nadia!) took care of them right away. We even got an American greeter (Jeremy!) who met us and took us to the apartment. First class :)We really appreciated the location and the spaciousness of the unit. It was perfect for our family (couple with 2 adult daughters). It came fully stocked with most everything we needed to get started, and we really appreciated the extra large and luxurious towels, the Nespresso machine and the washer AND dryer! Large stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, tea kettle, good knives and cutting boards... They even had a shopping cart and bags and extra umbrellas! So thoughtful! We will definitely be back to Paris and stay in this lovely unit!

Needs work
Pros: great location, five min walk to metro, size of apartment, check in process.Cons: apartment is infested with mice. Seen at all hours scurrying around the apartment. Complained to property manager. They sent someone over to "treat" apartment. That person left a spare key in lock leaving the apartment and our safety to chance. Found key hanging in lock when we returned late evening. Mice problem seemed worse. Property manager said since the neighbors don't treat their apartments the mice will just chew through the wall and come back? Property management is clearly aware of vermin problems. ( for reference I also live in a big city apartment and do not have mice) this is a problem that can be mitigated if properly treated. Construction in front of apartment. Most mornings jackhammering starts at 0630.No hot water last 36 hours of our stay. No showers the last day before departing.Oven does not work properly. Ok if you don't plan to cook.Overall poor condition of the apartment building. We are not picky travelers and are willing to overlook some things. We booked because the price was reasonable and the size of apartment. Remember you get what you pay for.. If you can deal with many mice and an old building in disrepair, this is the place for you.
