Excellent hotel with great service and cleanliness. Location is perfect. Close to metro, but also walking distance to everywhere (30-40 min walk to most sights. Paris is an easy walking city. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and nice if you compare to other 5-star hotels in Paris, 5-star hotels i Paris is normally my opinion small rooms and not as 5-star as they should be. Hyatt rooms was great, service from the staff even better and Breakfast brilliant.

It is more in a residential area so it is quieter, but an easy taxi or walk to major attractions. The staff are very friendly! The hotel rooms are very large for French standards and extremely clean. When traveling I’m a big water drinker, but you never had to buy water, the staff left more than enough for family daily. Highly recommend!

The service we received was amazing especially the buffet breakfast staff. They even remembered my favorite drink the second day. The reception was super helpful. He managed to get in touch with a doctor very fast for our daughters on Bastille Day. The service you get in this hotel is far better than other 5 star hotels. However we were pretty disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The room had a stale and moldy smell and was very dusty.

Eccellent service, especislly from Victor the bellboy who was so helpful, kind amd considerate. He helped us so much with the bags and getting a taxi snd was so warm and welcoming. Also a bif shout out to the lady st breakfast, i think her name was Shrw shrw, she was lively, helping my mom pracyoce her french, friendly and hempgul towards mt baby and my childs needs. Overall, stagg were superb, coulsnr ask for better service , only downside was it was a little pricey for a small hotel but the staff made the trip memorable and comfortable. Also victoria, the housekeeping lady was excellent, so thorough in her job, excellent cleanliness and so sweet.

Stay was great in every way except we booked a room with view and we got a first floor room just facing the street , this was the only disappointment, I wouldn’t have paid for a room with view if I knew they will tell me at our arrival that all higher floor rooms are taken so this is what we get ! Service was great and hotel was really good in general though . They should have done much better with giving us a higher floor room with some view since that’s what we paid for though .
