Short n sweet
A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up

Lovely apt. In wonderful location. 2 bathrooms!! Host very helpful and responsive! Occasional nightime noise, one bedroom quite cool. Would recommend!

The apartment is as described, clean, small but great location. The showers have lots of hot water and good pressure. The radiators are easy to control and quick to heat. The host is quick to respond to e-mails to and sort out any problems. My only problem is that there is no inside lock on the property so I could not bolt it at night when we were all asleep.

Great Location in the 4th
We had a great time staying in this apartment. It was very close to Metro stations, the islands and dining. We would certainly stay here again.

Very nice location. Property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Living on the ground floor and having 2 baths was nice. The owner just installed new A/C unit which is rare in this area.

Great location. It is small but we were only in there to sleep. Couldn’t have been happier with place — 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for us. Pizza at owner’s shop is a must try.

everything we needed
i write to James to asn about the coffeemaker. hr told me, “Everything you meed is in the apartment”. He proved right. Coffee!!! very comfortable beds and pillows. + 1 block away from Rue de Rivoli and the fabulous restaurants and shopping found only innLe Marais.

Great Little Flat
We enjoyed our stay, super clean, comfy beds, nice shower. Check in was a bit hectic, we told the host when we would be there and knocked on the door, of Little Babel and one of the waiters was able to let us in. Also, there is no oven as pictured. An oven was super important to us to save money on going out to eat and my husband’s severe food allergies.

Great location and clean
Our family of 4 has experienced great and not so great rentals on our trip. This apartment was better than we expected!! 2 bathrooms was a nice amenity since we have been sharing 1 for 2 weeks. the location is perfect for a trip of sightseeing. James was very communicative and easy to find upon our arrival. We felt safe with 2 coded doors and camera. The water pressure in the shower was the best!!!! Don’t expect big rooms. It’s tight, but everything you need is there.

Beautiful Area
Nice little apartment in a beautiful and convenient area. Walking distance to just about anywhere. Close to restaurants, and cafes. James owns babel pizza which has a great truffle pizza.

Exactly as described! Great neighborhood with easy transportstion
Overall no surprises. Easy check-in with the ability to get into the place several hours early. The coded locks made it so easy to not have to coordinate keys. We used the place primarily for sleeping, which was perfect. The common space was as shown in the photos - small but functional. Comfortable beds and towels. Would definitely recommend it if you plan is to use it as a conveniently located place to sleep and take showers. If you plan to have guests or entertain, it is too small.

This place is small but very well appointed. Everything you need is right there.
Adlin and his crew work so hard to take care of everything you need. They went above and beyond! The neighborhood is perfect and their Little Baba pizza restaurant is always fabulous and packed with fun people. We love them!

Nice for short stay in Paris
Property was as described and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was excellent. Loved the ground floor too! No living room with couch, but that was not a problem for us since it was a short stay for us.

A few things. We were told we could check in early or we could leave our bags with reception. None of that happened. There was no reception. I tried to contact the owner and got no reply and i contacted vrbo and they also tried to call the owner with no reply. We had to drag our bags around for a 1/2 day while his pizza shop opened. Also, no complimentary drinks were provided like the ad stated. The AC unit must be dirty. When we had to run it everyone was congested and coughing. There is also a funky odor coming from the kitchen sink/ guest bathroom. Like there are some plumbing issues.

As others have mentioned the apartment is very small, however it's well appointed and the location is excellent. It's within a short walk to many dining options in the Marais. Be sure to check out Little Babel around the corner for some excellent pizza. We got ours to go and ate along the Seine!

Location was fantastic! A bit tight for a family of 5 but works fine if you are out all day sightseeing and we also ate out for every meal. There is a kitchen so you can cook a meal. A/C is only in 1 bedroom. 2 bathrooms w/ good Showers & good water pressure. Everyone was happy with the beds. Cozy apartment.

Perfect Paris place
This worked out great for us-a cute, clean updated place, so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped. Very nice helpful manager and it was in a great location!

Decent property, great location
Its a nice little apartment (two small rooms and two bathrooms plus a little kitchen/dining area) that works well as a base for Paris (just a few minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame). The property is around the corner from a pizza place the owner also owns, so he's there, but it can take talking to an employee who isn't expecting you to find him. Also the washer/dryer are not in the apartment, but you leave your clothes for them to run through theirs (if this is a good or bad thing probably varies by person).

Mike, the property manager, bent over backward to make us comfortable. Unfortunately there was a plumbing problem, but Mike quickly arranged to have it fixed. The online photos make the apartment look larger than it really is. Convenient location.

Excellent emplacement et apart avec tout ce qu’il faut
Nous avons été très satisfaites de l'appartement. Les lits étaient confortables, les douches étaient chaudes et bonnes et la meilleure chose de toutes était son emplacement ! Il se trouve à proximité de trois stations de métro et dans une rue calme, mais il y a beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons ce petit appartement à tous les groupes qui souhaitent sortir et explorer Paris.
