The hotel was very close to the Metro and many shops. The staff was very helpful with all our questions & needs. The only downside was the room was a little small for 3 adults, the 3rd bed was a little hard and the bath tub was very high to step in and out of. Other than that everything was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the food was lovely, staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was exceptional, it was like sleeping in a big hug the bed was so comfy! The Juliette balconies in the room were to die for, I loved them!! The location was perfect, so easy to reach metro options, supermarket, food places. we would definitely come back to this hotel!!

Victor greeted us upon arrival, made the check in simple. Told us about breakfast and was overall very friendly while we were there. The room was clean and once you close the windows it was not noisy. It is located across from the bus station so expect some noise. But it's a great easy location. We left our phone charger at the destination prior, but Victor was very helpful in directing us to a nearby store to get a new one.

Ideal location for easy access to transportation options. Rooms are nicely configured to make the most of small space. Tiny elevator that was invaluable to access rooms, but probably not big enough for more than one person with luggage. Breakfast is very good with committed and cheerful staff brightening every morning I was there. While it wasn't hot while there, it did exceed 80 degrees and air conditioning was welcomed on the higher floors.

Stayed in the family room which had a queen sized bed and a twin bed/cot. Room and bathroom was a nice size. Had a little fridge, safe, closet to hang clothes and store luggage. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room as cool as we wanted. Some nights it was cooler to just leave the windows open than to rely on the aid conditioning. Breakfast was simple offerings but tasted good - scrambled eggs, saussage/bacon, chocolate croissants, baguettes, cheese, deli meats, coffee, and fresh pressed apple and orange juice. Front staff is friendly and helpful. They allowed luggage storage while waiting to check in, and after we checked out until we had to leave for the airport, which was greatly appreciated. Very close to subway stop, pharmacy, and restaurants/shops.

It was our first time visiting Paris and what a gem of a hotel this was. Excellently located for trains/Metro and buses for going out and about sightseeing. However, what I think is more important is the cleanliness of the room and how welcoming and friendly ALL the staff. I would without a doubt 100% book here again if we go back to Paris.
