I would have given it 3 stars at most. The hotel was very noisy, and there were several issues during my stay. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the hot water kept changing temperature suddenly. I even burned my skin once. Housekeeping also let me into the wrong room without checking if it was mine, which was unacceptable. Overall, not worth the 5-star rating. I would not recommend this place.

ExpĂ©rience trĂšs nĂ©gative qui a gĂąchĂ©e nos premiers jours Ă  Paris lors de notre lune de miel. Air climatisĂ©e brisĂ©e lors d’une canicule, bain petit et abĂźmĂ© (douchette “rĂ©parĂ©e” avec un zip tie), murs abĂźmĂ©s et j’en passe. On nous offres une autre chambre et on nous mentionne qu’elle est prĂȘte alors qu’elle ne l’est pas du tout (lit dĂ©fait, serviettes au sol dans la salle de bain, beaucoup de dĂ©chets) L’employĂ©e qui s’occupait de la rĂ©ception Ă©tait trĂšs empathique et souhaitait aider mais la direction refuse un remboursement partiel afin que nous quittions les lieux en raisons de tous les points mentionnĂ©s ci-haut. Nous Ă©tions prĂȘts Ă  ne pas ĂȘtre remboursĂ©s Ă  100% puisque la rĂ©servation n’était en thĂ©orie pas remboursable. Toutefois, tous les points mentionnĂ©s justifiaient un remboursement partiel et plus de comprĂ©hension de la part de la direction. C’est un hĂŽtel qui est nouvellement 5 Ă©toiles mais l’état des chambres et le service ne l’est malheureusement pas. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant, je ne recommande pas.

En fait des viennoiseries absentes et un serveur anemique en energie et organisation Le bon ? Une equipe qui tente avec tenue de faire passer les lybbies du dirigeant, qui assure un service concierge et de nuit parfait

Olympic Stay

First time in Paris for the Olympics. Small hotel with very friendly staff. We extended our stay and the hotel accommodated us. Stayed in a classic room for a few days then upgraded to the loft. Both were clean and comfortable. A little distance but we walked to the Effiel Tower a few times. Overall great stay.

Nossa estadia neste hotel foi excelente, a recepcionista falava espanhol o que ajudou bastante, além de ser extremamente atenciosa, o quarto é mto confortåvel e o hotel é o próximo da Torre Eiffel.

Awful. Room we received was not the room advertised. They denied this. It was very expensive and the quality was the same as a ÂŁ100 per night hotel. The TV didn't work, the heating/aircon didn't work, I was given a downgraded room, but still paid full price. Staff unwilling to help. Zero character. Booked for our honeymoon and this ruined it.

Pas du tout au niveau 5 Ă©toiles !

Personnel sympathique, mais prestations juste au niveau d’un 2 Ă©toiles. État dĂ©plorable, portes Ă  clĂ© avec porte clĂ© encombrant, douche dans la baignoire sans pare douche, et eau qui met 30 minutes Ă  s’écouler, pas de prise Ă©lectrique dans la salle de bain, pas de rĂ©assort des capsules de cafĂ© 
 tĂȘte de lit et abat jours abĂźmĂ©s fortement. L’entretien est vraiment nĂ©gligĂ© sans aucun sens du dĂ©tail. Dommage, le quartier est sympa.

This property was ok; not great. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to find out credit card that my husband left in the room 🙄 and help us get it back quickly. The property was my issue. The train station that appears the closest on the map is a regional train and not the metro that’s best for sightseeing. I never would’ve booked this place if I knew it was a 10 minute walk to the metro. My biggest issue is the lack of shower in the room. It’s a bathtub with a handheld shower nozzle, but no shower curtain! It’s impossible to use without getting water everywhere. And they do not give extra towels to help with the mess. So we ended having to sit down to control the water and then it was difficult to get up out of the bathtub without slipping. This is also when you see all the mold in the caulk around the edge of the bathtub. Even weirder, the toilet is in a separate room but doesn’t have a sink in there with it, so you have to walk all through your room touching door knobs and such without washing your hands.
