We have been staying here for the past 3yrs. We would not stay anywhere else. The service, the hotel and the staff is the best. Amazing location and very convenient to everything you want to see and do. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was perfectly located, staff very helpful, efficient a friendly. The beds were a little too firm for me personally. The breakfasts had a lovely range of pastries although would have loved fresh bacon as an option. It would also be great if you could have a hot coffee with milk in your room to start your mornings, the only available option is black cafe lukewarm. Having said all the above I would happily stay there again when I go back to Paris.

Had a wonderful stay here in early December 2024. Welcoming staff made check in easy, room was super comfortable, and bed and bathroom were both perfect. The bed in particular was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Great place to stay.

A great stay.

It was a great stay. The elevator was not working the first two days, but staff helped us with using the service elevator. They were also very gracious about the 80th birthday in our group.

The staff was exceptional our entire visit from the front desk to those who clean, restaurant employees & spa professionals. The food options could grow a little but this hotel’s convenience to everything in Paris from our private street really made our trip complete. I would keep this location in my back pocket in the future.

Great location

Great location. Plenty of restaurants locally. Chic area. 8/10 mins to metro and 10/12 mins to train to Versailles. 20 mins walk to Louvre and a little more to Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro Sevres du Babylon’s connects to a couple of lines which are useful. Nice room at front - suite has small lounge area. May be a bit noisy at front as street has a lots of restaurant but was ok for us. Lovely modern French style rooms.

La Belle Juliette is a tastefully decorated boutique hotel in the best district of Paris. I booked it to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday . I notified the hotel but they did absolutely nothing . Not even a greeting card or saying happy birthday. Worse still, the manager Stefano who was arrogant and cold lied to me saying that he had delivered a bouquet . My sister-in-law was rather shocked because it was not true . Apart from Stefano, the other staff members were all very helpful and cheerful Also , I have stayed in this hotel at least 6 times in the past but was refused an upgrade despite the fact that they had availability. This is disappointing.

Stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and I believe it was the last time. From the very beginning we didn’t feel welcomed, when we entered the hotel the girl at the reception didn’t even raise a hand to say hello. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait by the bar or lounge area, it’s ok. But we were never offered any welcome drink or a treat which is normal for returning customers and also it was my birthday. Finally I’ve found some girl at the breakfast area and was unsuccessfully trying to order 2 glasses of champagne for about 30 minutes. Finally it was probably a bar lady who was passing us by like several times and didn’t pay any attention until I got really nervous she started opening the bottle and pouring the drink in a really slow manner, how can that be normal?!!! Then I had to find a manager myself to discuss on what’s going on, she apologized and said that we can consider those 2 glass as a compliment. Well, thank you. When our room was ready I discovered that it was different room then we were supposed to have. Expedia said it should have had garden view and it had a street view. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and I do know that the street is really busy and noisy, especially early in the morning. When I asked about the appropriate room at the reception they said that the room’s category is the same that I’ve booked however they don’t care if Expedia have mentioned any garden view. Such a disappointment. My birthday weekend in Paris was mostly spoiled by them

Staff were all lovely, really helpful and welcoming. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and they decorated the bed with flower petals and a heart- shaped helium balloon, and left a sweet message. Breakfast was very good, with each day a lityle surprise cooked element - toasted sandwich, little vegetable tartlet - as well as the usual cold options with lovely fresh bread and pastries. Well placed for cafes, shops and easy walk to the metro.

You cannot get a junior suite that is quiet. End of story. Second story on the street is the only availability. No one told us that. So loud the restaurant across the street was getting deliveries all hours, yelling all hours etc. We sent multiple emails requesting quiet room. They answered all taken care of. Also, booked two massages a month ahead, an hour before they canceled. First five nights of vacay we spent a lot of time researching and were disappointed. We let them know about the noise, they offered no solution.
