From the excellent handy location, the comfy room with nice amenities, the lovely patio where you can have your afternoon tea/coffee with the traditional viennoiseries to the friendly reception staff, everything was perfect.

Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and serviced exceptionally by the front desk (thanks to Cindy and her colleague). From bringing my bags up, to delivering my takeout, this hotel really took care of me. It is a convenient location for shopping and felt very safe to stay at, even solo. Will be coming back soon!

Fantastic stay
The Hotel Saint-Marc was fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. I loved the art deco style in the rooms. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Paris. It’s not a far walk from the metro and it’s easy to get around.

I hope this was a rare event but it has only one elevator and it was broken for several days. The staff did help guests carry their luggage up and down. The property really needs a second elevator.

Room clean and bedding luxurious. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Location great for us. Only complaint was broken ice machine and lack of ice. Coffee service in the morning was really nice.

Staff is outstanding and friendly! Breakfast is great! Quiet hotel - surprising as it’s in a nice walkable location. issue was being on the 5th floor with another elevator that wasn’t working. lol - seems to be a trend for us. Staff did take our luggage up - very appreciated! Would stay again and would recommend.

A fabulous way to start our anniversary vacation! The staff was incredibly friendly and always welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable and in a ideal location! We will be staying with them again on our next trip to Paris!

The staff is extremely accommodating, particularly for us who do not speak French. The rooms are small but have just enough space and the aesthetics are very nice and sort of mid-century modern. They have a honor bar and complimentary tea service in the afternoon which we took advantage of. There is an incredible restaurant right down on the corner, Le Saotico, and several other restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We will definitely look to stay here again!

A beautifully designed hotel in a highly convenient location for walking down to the Seine and catching the Tuileries, Louvre etc. Exclusive use of the spa area was very welcome. Room was cosy and bathroom quite spacious. Minor criticism would be the improvements happening in the communal areas made them almost impossible to use and there was no honesty book for the bar so we didn't feel like we could take anything. The ground floor lacked atmosphere sadly.

Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating. Prior to my stay. I emailed them tons of times and they were always very prompt with there responses. They are located in walking distance to shopping and dining options and overall it was just a very centralized area.

Chic, hotel with attractive Art Nuveau decorated interior, located in the centre of Paris near Opera Garnier. Subterrain parking in a nearby building. Reasonable sized room, with very comfortable bed and dark but good bathroom. Very prompt, friendly and helpful service at the front desk. The breakfast slightly disappointing – the service was slow, the range of products limited and the same each morning.

The most central location to everything. Wife and I were able to walk everywhere and rarely had to take an Uber. Great refreshments downstairs from 1pm - 6pm each day. The day we left, our flight was delayed 6 hours and the staff were awesome about it. They let us store our luggage and even arranged a driver to the airport since there was a gas shortage in Paris. Highly recommend!!

This is a very nice hotel. Location is great and allows for easy walk to Louvre and Seine. The spa is just great and extremely relaxing with steam room and nice pool with water features. It is free but requires reservation in advance, highly recommended

This Is It - Hidden Gem in Paris
We had booked another hotel room (closer to the Trocedero Square) and it was like Motel 6 (cheap, worn) I chose to look for alternatives and found this HIDDEN JEWEL! Met at the front door, welcomed with warmth, smiles and “would you like a coffee?”The lobby is gorgeous- stylish and fun - exactly what you want in a Paris Hotel. I can’t even get into all the positives(spacious/stylish/quality amenities) - so many wonderful details missing in our other Paris Hotel. But what tops it off were the staff - EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS WONDERFUL! So welcoming, helpful, friendly, happy. In particular Romaine was a shining star. So helpful with setting up our car for the airport, restaurant options AND helping get a reservation to visit a temp store that my pre-teen wanted to visit. Vincent and Housman were also just lovely. They just made you feel welcome and that they were glad to see you. So nice in a big city. Highly recommend- would be my first choice if I went back - no question! The best!

Clean, Affordable and the staff really make your stay. We were able to check in right after we landed, which was an amazing start to our trip. It really makes all the difference. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Night time manager Ousmane is so hard working and smiling throughout. Clean hotel and courtyard. A little expensive for 4 star based on room facilities. For this price sufficient comfortable seating in room or free water and soft drinks would have been expected in room mini bar.
