Lovely quaint hotel in the middle of the 14th arrondissement. Easily access to both the Alesia and Port d’Orleans transit stations. Lots of local stores and restaurants in this very residential neighborhood of Paris. Great for tourists who want to step away from the suffocation of tourist traps and experience a slice of true Parisian life.

plutôt déçu.

Escalier en colimaçon très étroit et ascenseur quasi inaccessible pour une personne avec valise. Est-ce parce que j'ai bénéficié d'une nuit bonus que j'ai eu la plus petite chambre de l'étage alors que nous étions deux ? Désagréable : lorsqu'on vous réclame la taxe parce qu'on ne se souvient pas de l'avoir encaissée !

Cercato appositamente con parcheggio e indicato come hotel con parcheggio disponibile all'arrivo in struttura ci viene detto che non esiste nessun parcheggio. L'hotel è pervaso da cattivi odori e fumo pessima la pulizia , abbimo dovuto alloggiare altrove. Assolutamente da evitare pessimo!

Zero-Star Motel

The hotel was clean but even if the property is rated 2 stars the management must be more generous in terms of comfort. Only one towel, one toilet paper roll in the room. No shampoo, only one tiny bar soap! Receptionist barely speak French, did not try English. Remote control with no batteries. Very tiny elevator, NOT SUITABLE FOR WEELCHAIR AT ALL. I know it’s Paris, but it could be better. The night receptionist was pleasant. May be zero-star motel.

Dommage, je n'y retournerai pas

J'ai oublié ma souris d'ordinateur dans la chambre, j'ai envoyé un mail 1 heure après quitté l'hôtel, j'étais dans le train. Pas une réponse. J'ai appelé le lendemain également, ils m'ont dit qu'ils répondraient, j'attends jours, 20 jours plus tard... Le sens du client, ce n'est pas ça.

Personne de l'accueil sympathique, mais des souris dans la chambre! Pas de lunette dans les WC, draps sales J'ai vu les souris longer les murs pendant la nuit, et les entendu grouiller dans les cloisons et le plafond. Un geste serait un minimum....

Un hôtel dégoûtant

De la poussière omniprésente même sur le papier hygiénique, des cuvettes de toilette avec des traces d'urine ou sans cuvette du tout, des tâches dégoulinante sur l'ensemble des murs des rideaux et de la literie et ce dans plusieurs chambres, fuyez c'est écœurant. Et bien sûr le tout pour une modique somme de plus de 160 € la nuit. Le seul point positif de l'hôtesse d'accueil mais bon malheureusement tout le reste est déplorable. Bien sûr aucun geste n'est fait de leur part malgré les désagréments et une propreté clairement NON à jour.

Beddengoed was gelukkig schoon. Wel zaten er vieze (geel/bruine) plekjes op de muur die er niet fris uitzagen. Ook in het gordijn zat een grote vieze plek dit geeft je toch een onprettig gevoel. De trap en trapbekleding heeft ook direct onderhoud nodig. De huidige staat schrok mij in eerste instantie wel af.

Un séjour agréable en général. Nettoyage de la chambre tous les jours. Le hic c'est l'ascenseur trop étroit, une galère avec les grosses valises. C'est un hotel bien situé. Convenable pour courte ou longue durée.

Hotel lamentable! propreté douteuse,aucun service,

Hôtel lamentable en mauvais état, rien à voir avec les photos de présentation, le gardien de nuit m'a obligé de redescendre les escaliers pour fermer la porte d'accès à celui-ci malgré mon âge et mes bagages, alors que la veille elle se fermait toute seule. J'ai averti Hôtel.com dès mon arrivée, j'ai été baladé pendant quatre heures d'un service à l'autre pour me dire à la fin que l'on ne pouvait rien faire et me reloger par mes propres moyens! C'est honteux! En plus j'ai contracté le covid pendant mon séjour comme par hasard? Je suis donc très mécontent de Hôtel.com et lui demande le remboursement de ce séjour non conforme à ce qu'il propose. Dans l'attente d'une réponse sous 48 heures J.P.
