The best hotel for my honey moon. Very beautiful and staff exremely nice. Have food things in the lobby for the guests like delicious dessert tea and coffee. I want to repeat this experience.

Clean and cute hotel in the 16th.

My son and I were in Paris for the French Open. The hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Roland Garros, so the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The only that wasn’t perfect was the room size which was a bit tight for two people.

The hotel was nice and the location was perfect for access to tennis courts including Roland Garros. There are grocery stores and restaurants very close. There is a bus stop close by and metro stop about a ten minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not get the breakfast offered, but there was free coffee in the lobby for all guests. Our room was very small... but it was ok because we were only sleeping there- no real need for a large room. But the shower was very small- we're both pretty thin so we could manage- but a larger person might struggle. There is no furniture to put clothes in, so you are living out of your suitcase. And finally, the elevator is tiny lol- fine if you know the other people in the elevator- a little close if you don't. But overall I recommend the hotel- I would probably stay there again.

OHM from HELL.

Services is really and sadly bad. Made 2 rooms reservation for the family. Found out that the 2 rooms were not together but on different levels. Room was all wed due to someone had left the exterior window open. Cafeteria it's too small and you have to comeback to your room and wait, maybe next time you come down may be lucky to find a spot. They closed the Cafeteria too early regardless of you had pay for your breakfast ahead of time. There is not a refund. Place has no parking at all. Only parking available that they send you to parks, cost 47.00€

I found the bed very comfortable , decoration was nice. . However the shower is a bit small and on the first floor there are noises from people walkîng around and other strange loud enough noises which I couldnt identify may be plumbing but that did not wake me.up.at night thankfully. It is very clean and location is fine. Nice seating area in the front by the entrance.

Wir waren in einem Dreibettzimmer. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für das Frühstück. Es war ziemlich eintönig. Geschmacklich war es zufriedenstellend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Good location to stay at.. Take note that they are currently being renovated, not much of an issue but would be nice to know prior. Only issue is I stayed 2 nights which I let the front desk person know the day I checked in that I am staying 2 nights… they charged me for 3 and now I am having issues getting my money back. So beware that this might be an issue. Please refund me. Thank you!

Hôtel recommandé pour voyage d’affaires

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner inclus sympa. Les chambres sont très propres et moderne. Le seul bémol est le chauffage dans ma chambre qui est resté trop fraîche à mon goût. Mais globalement très bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement dans un quartier vivant bien fréquenté.

J'avais demandé une chambre au calme lors de la réservation et la réponse fut "Je vous confirme que le nécessaire a été fait." Cependant, l'isolation phonique est catastrophique dans tout l'immeuble, que ce soit en interne ou vis-à-vis de l'extérieur. À 23h30, un employé déplaçait bruyamment des charriots de linge dans le couloir ; je lui ai gentiment demandé de faire moins de bruit, sans grand succès.... mais est-ce vraiment un horaire pour effectuer ce genre de tâche? L'hôtel est situé à un carrefour bruyant, au pied d'un feu tricolore où passent beaucoup de bus et les services techniques dès 6h. Ma chambre supposée calme était au premier étage sur la rue, soit l'endroit le plus bruyant possible. De plus, le réceptionniste a quitté son poste à 8h10, probablement temporairement pour faire une course, mais ça n'en demeure pas moins moyen. Le fonds de la balayette des toilettes était sale, le pommeau de douche fuyait et la ventilation de la SDB n'aspire rien. Enfin, il n'y a que des rideaux occultants et du vis-à-vis donc zéro intimité sauf à la abri de la lumière naturelle. En conclusion, même avec des bouchons d'oreilles, à 100€ la nuit, le compte n'y est pas du tout.
