The staff were AMAZING and very accommodating. The AC in our first room didn’t work and there was never a question. They upgraded us to a KING room where the AC was working fine. Can’t say enough great things about the front desk staff. Thank you!

The room was so hot , and they couldn’t get it working. The whole hotel didn’t have internet during are whole stay . And they didn’t offer any discounts or maybe a credit at the bar . We had to use our day pass on Verizon which cost 10.00 a day. We were there 5 days

Hotellets personale var meget hjælpsomme og rare. Morgenmaden er god, der er stort udvalg. Poolområdet er lidt slidt og der mangler procedure og bedre faciliteter for afvaskning inden man bruger poolen. Der er Metro 7 minutters gang fra hotellet. Hvis man vil gå til g.eks. Eiffeltårnet er der ca. 2 km.

Business Trip in Paris. Hotel easily accessible and very close to public transport. Room was quite big with all equipment. Tea and Coffee offered in the room are of excellent quality same a for the cosmetic product available. I definitely recommend one of the best I did in that area.

What happened to the pool?

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the amazing looking pool featured in the pictures. I wasn’t told when booking, or when checking in that the pool was closed and completely drained of any water. Ruined my stay completely
