Small room but everything else is great, super good value for money. Location is superb, close to everything - 15 mins to Louvre, 5 minute walk to Laffayette, one of the largest shopping centres in Paris. The broken lift on our first night was a little hard as our room was on the 4th floor, we had to hand carry our bags while climbing the stairs.

The location was good but the room itself needs serious updating. There was mold all over the ceiling in the shower and some above the windows in the bedroom. Also the air conditioning DID NOT work. So while the location was good the room itself was disappointing.

A very good place to stay , the rooms where clean, the staff was very kind and helpful, the location was nice and central , close to great food, the metro was close and easy to use, Gare du nord station in a 27 minute easy walk. I would stay here again in the future.

Lovely, quaint hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was superb, hotel was clean, good size room with bath, excellent breakfast buffet and convenient location. Public transportation, Cafes and shops just steps away.

The staff is so nice!!! The location is great, their coffee spot for breakfast is really cute. The elevator is tiny and in the entrance you need to carry your own luggage so light traveling is recommended. I love this hotel!

Highly recommend!

The room was clean, smells nice and even have heated floors in one area in the bathroom! Hospitality was great and we were met with kindness and great accommodation from beginning to end! The location of the hotel was also very convenient for tourists with many restaurants around and some tourists within walking distance from the hotel.

Nice hotel in convenient location.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything! Restaurants, shops metro station, bars and everything! The staff IS very friendly and cordial. Stayed with family including 2 kids Seven and 10. The Air conditionig worked fabulously so the wife was Happy!

The location was great, close to the Opera and the Lafayette Gallery. Transportation was easy around the area with access to many subway lines and buses. Also walking distance from the Louvre. The hotel itself was ok. Clean rooms however a bit small and didnt have any view. It was a good place to just sleep then spend most of your day outside. Good value for the price.

Family of 4 Vacation to Paris

Wonderful boutique style hotel right in the middle of the Opera area. Close to the different metro lines and also lots of shopping. Walking distance to the Lourves or you can take the metro. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and they gave us two rooms that were adjoining each other. Their morning breakfast was great and had a good selection and variety. Can't beat 14Euro for a breakfast buffet. Highly recommend to add it on with your stay. They offered it for 12 Euro when I checked in, but I didn't take it. Wish I did.
