Nice little Parisian hotel. Close to the canal and the Plage on one side and then close to a grocery store, restaurants (great little chicken takeaway) and the metro on the other side. Room was small but clean and perfect for 2 people. Ac worked really well and the staff were very polite and kind. Would stay here again

For the price, the bathroom was modern and clean, three bedroom was small but comfortable, furniture were scuffy but clean. The hotel is located very close to metro, local park and cafes with reasonable prices. I would go there again! Thank you :)

The room was small; however it was compensated with the cleanliness of the hotel, the attentiveness/ friendliness of the staff and the overall location of the property. Close to a metro and bus station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone because the staff are all very friendly and exceptional who go above and beyond duty to help. I love that the hotel is about 10 seconds away from the metro Riquet exit but unfortunately that means that you can hear the metro but that can be easily fixed with earplugs at night. Some larger or taller guests might find the washroom too crammed based on the toilet location in the washroom but it was fine for us.

Overall ok. Washroom could have a vent installed. The single room is quite compact. Room temperature is adjustable. Has good TV and Wifi. And elevator is a plus if you have heavy baggages.

We did like the location and the property, but the rooms were very very small. Not that we are big people, but my wife does a yoga stretching program for her back, and it was virtually impossible to do this.

Good hotel.

Nice and clean but can get noisy with the guests who arrive late at night with their suitcases. You can also hear what happens next door. Fortunately I always have earplugs. I would recommend. Breakfast is nice and simple.

The room we had was very small for 2 people. In fact was virtually impossible to open our luggage. Quite inconvenient. The hotel also had a weird rumble (not uncommon in Paris as there are many train lines), but fortunately it was the RER (I think) @ 30 minute intervals.

Piccolo hotel molto ben gestito e curato con reception h24. Stanza non grandissima ma confortevole e molto pulita. Letti comodi, doccia ottima. Affaccio sul cortile interno non bellissimo ma non disturba. Comodissima la metro proprio dietro l'angolo che un po' fa vibrare la palazzina ma ci si abitua subito e non guasta il sonno. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Più che consigliato!

Très bon accueil et sympathique de la part de tout le personnel que nous avons croisé. Le petit dejeuner est très bien surtout en rapport avec le prix très faible. La chambre est certes petite mais propre et la salle de bains et la douche sont très bien

Struttura comoda, pulita e a un passo dalla metropolitana, situata in una zona tranquilla. Staff assolutamente cordiale e disponibile. Unica pecca, la rumorosità: le camere non sono minimamente isolate dal resto della struttura, tanto che ogni notte sono stata svegliata da altri ospiti che facevano i loro comodi a qualsiasi ora.

Très bonne hôtel avec un bon emplacement à proximité immédiate du métro ligne 7 station Riquet et à proximité de la plate-forme de correspondance Stalingrad. Le bassin de la Villette et en face de la rue. Le restaurant Gina face au bassin est une très bonne adresse. Les commerce à proximités rue de Flandres tel que carrefour express, Intermarché et Franprix dépannent bien. L’hôtel en lui même est très bien entretenu, très propre le ménage de la chambre est 10/10 et le petit déjeuné très bon au tarif proposé!

This was perfect for our trip to Paris. It’s not new or fancy but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It’s right near a few metro stations and we found an excellent Italian joint just down the street with a great lasagna. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around in and would stay here again!
