This hotel is exactly as it is in pictures, but just keep in mind that all hotels in Paris are quite small, so don’t be surprised by the size of the room. The location is very ideal. It is a short walk from arc de triumph and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. This location is about a 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, which is very walkable and the streets are very safe. During check-in staff was very helpful and provided instructions on how to get a round Paris. The room itself was very clean and had everything that was needed, including a safe. Was quite impressed with the amenities.

All in all it was good place to stay especially for those who will be spending more time outside. What I liked was the location and the area. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean as well. What I didn't like was the slow wifi and the loud heating.

Great property near the Arc de Triomphe. The area is excellent very near transportation and several dining options. Our reservation was lost when we arrived and the first night we stayed in a very small room with no A/C. However the host moved us the day after and things were improved. Aside from the convenience there's not much to say. The breakfast was very basic and the overall convenience was at the low end. Typical 3* hotel in Paris.

Excellent stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, clean, steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, and my room was spacious. The staff was fantastic and very attentive! From helping with directions, and securing transportation for me, to customizing my breakfast due to dietary restrictions. They were the best! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Book this hotel!

I stayed here with my 10 yo and 13 yo in early July and we were overall pleased. Pluses are the location and the excellent customer service by all staff. They really went out of their way to be useful. Downsides are the small rooms (but not atypical for Europe) and the pretty mediocre breakfast (not worth the 15 Euro per person charge at all - go to the Franprix up the street for much cheaper and better options)..

Check when the A/C is turned on

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and my room, although small, as are most rooms in France, had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The only thing missing and that should be included in the amenities section is that the A/C is only turned on as of May 1st. It just happened that Paris was in a heat spell and had I known that the A/C would not be on for the better part of my stay I would have planned my stay differently.

Liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel. Disliked all of the noise outside our window from people walking up and down the steps outside our window and people loitering / loud conversations at the top of the steps. Also, the young female employee at the desk was not very useful or helpful.

Excellent location for a trip to Paris. Staff went above and beyond. Hotel extremely clean and well kept. Rooms are a little small, but that’s to be expected. Only negative is significant stairs getting into and out of the property that would restrict some people with disabilities.
