This is a charming little hotel in the heart of the 5e. Be advised, though, that 'little' is the operative word. The lift is so small that if both of you have cases you'll have to go up one at a time! Otherwise very pleasant - though the insistence on leaving your room key at the desk every time you go out does get a little tedious.

The room size was ok, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. I realize this is Paris, but better planning when constructing rooms might have been a good idea.

Clean and comfortable rooms, though the carpet in the stairwell is very worn and could use a good cleaning. I initially thought the reviews complaining about the showers were dramatic, picky travelers...until I experienced it. The hotel is still a great value for the price but the showers are an issue. They are so tiny you cannot even turn around without the curtain sticking to you and bumping the water handle, changing the temperature to super hot or cold on accident. I'm not a big person and it was impossible to avoid this. My husband is 6'5" and it was a complete joke for him. We still appreciated the overall value of the hotel, but hated the shower situation.

The front desk guys are so nice and awesome. The only reason why I didn’t give this a 1 star was because of them. The room was pretty dirty when we got there. We had to sleep on top of the bedsheets, and the bathroom shower curtain had mold all over. We dont care about small rooms and arent super picky, but being clean is a priority for us and it just really wasnt. Location is great though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small and clean. The breakfast was good. There was construction next door so it was very quiet at night, but there was a bit of noise if you had your windows open in the day time.

Nice room, just issues with the bathroom

The receptionists were nice and very helpful. The room itself was also cozy, a little small, but still very quaint. And the bed was comfy too. But the issue was the bathroom. The mirror had these stains on it and and the shower drain had this green stuff around it. That itself made me drop the rating of the hotel, but we only passed one night so it was ok.

Great Latin Quarter location

Really well located in the Latin Quarter. An easy find by RER and on foot from Eurostar. Friendly staff. Basic Continental breakfast but sufficient. Clean rooms well kept. Surprisingly quiet at night. Great budget option. Would stay there again.

excellent hotel, central to the monuments i was visiting and staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. But the heating system was not optimal being a steam heat ststem the room never got hot

Mysigt hotell med bra läge

Mysigt hotell i centrala Paris. Hissen var väldigt liten men trapporna funkar också för lite äldre barn. Bodde på vindsvåningen, sex trappor upp, fin utsikt. Trevlig personal på hotellet, rummet var bra städat. Vi valde att äta frukost på ett café i närheten. Nära till shopping, tunnelbana och restauranger. Närmaste turistattraktioner är Pantheon, Jardin de Luxemburg, Saint-Sulpice.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Badkamer echt mini: een douche met plakgordijn en geen plaats om je af te drogen in de badkamer. De rest van de kamer was wel oké. Een ontbijt dat geen hotelontbijt was (1 croissant, 1 pistolet, fruitsap, koffie en confituur). Geen kaas, geen fruit, geen yoghurt. Dit hotel is niet zo duur in vergelijking met andere hotels in Parijs, maar dat zie je er dus wel duidelijk aan. Voor een citytrip maar net voldoende. Groot pluspunt: in een mooie buurt en vlot met de metro bereikbaar.
