Una gran opción para llegar a dormir después de un día de mucho caminar! Las camas son cómodas; los cuartos son lindos. Mi habitación contaba con mini refri lo cual nos sirvió bastante. Todo el staff es muy amigable, pero en especial la chica recepcionista es muy atenta y gentil! El hotel queda muy cerca del arco del triunfo y tine una estación de metro de menos de 5 minutos caminando. ¡Excelente estancia! Recomiendo bastante

El lugar es muy acogedor, el personal es súper amable. Si buscas un hospedaje para pasar tus noches descansada y con una excelente ubicación sin lugar a dudas esta es una muy buena opción. El desayuno es muy completo. No está incluido pero vale totalmente su precio. Hay pan, fruta, huevitos, salchicha, jugos, cereal etc. lo igual para comenzar tu día. Los cuartos son cómodos y limpios. Tienes a dos cuadras el arco de triunfo y una estación de tren y autobús. El lugar se siente seguro! Muy recomendable.

Hotel was lovely in a great location with metro links and walkable to so much. We were 2 adults, 3 teenagers and had the two rooms on the 6th floor. It was great - quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, available 24/7, were friendly and helpful (directions/advice/a pen/holding luggage). Nice L'Occitane bath products too. Would def recommend.

We highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and very comfortable - and good size rooms for a 3 star hotel - and the location is great. Close to the subway and good food and shopping all around. And it’s on a very quiet street. Great for sleeping!

What a fantastic hotel! We had a double and a single (family of three). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel was in a safe/quiet, but very convenient location. We were within 5 minutes of a main train station, as well as lots of food options.

The Tour de France was happening the same day as check in and roads were blocked in some cases for miles surrounding the hotel and NO effort was made by the hotel to contact us with an alternate route or to warn us. It took an Uber then a taxi and the kind people at Hotel Bassano to help us find a solution. Also the mini fridge was blinking because of some electrical problems and they couldn’t understand English to fix it even after we showed them a video of the problem. Front desk staff were inadequate for English speaking guests.

We had a one night stay in the family room with our two children. The room was perfectly serviceable, clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming , we arrived before check-in so they stored our bags and we were able to go sightseeing until it was ready. The room was clean and tidy. The AC was nice a cool, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels for us all. The WiFi was strong - we had 2 iPads and phones going so we were able to plan our trips. The snacks/pastries were available in the lobby - nice touch but there are so many good food options nearby so not needed by us! Overall - super, basic, clean and great location. Great for short trips!

We brought our granddaughter for her high school graduation trip and the hotel was located in a perfect spot. Close to train station, great food and shopping! A little small but we were only there to sleep at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it!
