With exceptional views over the whole of Paris, the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, this magnificent architect-designed, refurbished 75 m2 flat, located on the 6th floor, offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay, in a tasteful and comfortable decor. Located on the banks of the Seine in the Bastille district, a lively and historic area right in the heart of Paris, close to the Arsenal port, the Viaduc des Arts, and numerous bars, restaurants, shops and theatres.
The flat comprises a large entrance hall, a large living room, a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a Pullman Queen-size hotel bed and a portable air conditioner, a double tilting bed in the living room, a bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine/dryer, and a separate toilet.
Less than 100 metres from the Quai de la Rapée metro station (line 5) and close to lines 1, 7, 8, 10 and 14 and RER lines A, C and D, you can quickly reach Paris's main tourist attractions, including the Louvre, Notre-Dame, the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Versailles and Disneyland. Within easy walking distance of Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz stations, and direct from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est by metro line 5, Gare Saint-Lazare by line 14 and Gare Montparnasse by bus 91.
For your convenience, a hotel-standard preparation and cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure.

Superbe séjour
Apparemment bien situé proche de la gare de Lyon. Vue dégagée sur la Seine et sur des monuments emblématiques de Paris (Notre-Dame, Tour Eiffel, Panthéon, ...). Acceuil sympatique et chaleureux. Appartement propre équipé avec goût. Parfait pour un we a Paris.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Alles vorhanden und sauber. Wunderschöne Aussicht, angenehme Dousche. Check in verlief gut. Kommunikation mit der Agentur im Vorfeld verlief sehr schwierig mit unklaren Angaben. Zahlungsprozedere dadurch aufreibend und nicht innerhalb der Zahlungszeiträume möglich. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung jedoch empfehlen.
