The deadbolt on this door does not line up with the door jam and as a result cannot be used. Shampoo bottle in the shower was also empty.
No other issues during my stay. Hotel was clean.

This hotel has the best staff who are all extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with many different choices that everyone will find something they want to eat.

Recycling! Also, comfy beds, well thought-out shower bar placement, & toiletries in pump dispensers. Breakfast was better & more complete than most hotels. We were able to borrow a chair from the breakfast area so we could play games in our room.

Overall, the best place to stay in town. Needs attention to a few things. The bathroom floor had pee marks around the toilet. An old washcloth was still slung over the shower rod. One of the elevators has been down for weeks and weeks. Housekeeping crew so absorbed in their phone I had to say "excuse me" to get by them. Lovely hotel but inattention to little things can leave a less than ideal impression.

Schindler elevator ordered a new brake for the cab and it's been on back order. We will be thrilled for our guests and crew to have both elevators working again soon. Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
BUT, the sheets had been slept in. The previous occupants wore different perfume and deodorant than we do. At least they appeared clean.

Thank you so much for your review. It's our policy to change all sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover on every check out. We use Febreze to freshen room and hopefully remove any unwanted prior smells. We are sorry you encountered this issues during your stay.
Property was very nice and rooms are well taken care of the only thing i would say is replace the cushion on the patio

This property was unique in that it seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere.
I'm neutral on service. Check in seemed to take longer than it should have. 15 minutes because there was one clerk on duty, or certainly only 1 that was present. She was a bit chatty with the guests.
