In the lively Folie-Méricourt neighbourhood of the 11th district. My home is situated in a classical-Parisian style building, and is just a few steps away from Oberkampf Metro station.

Comprised of one bedroom with a double-bed lined in hotel-quality linens, for a comfortable night's rest. Guests will also find the bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes to store personal possessions, and fresh towels for added convenience.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and fully furnished with all the modern conveniences necessary to make guests feel like they're at home. As you step inside, the open-plan layout and large windows (retained and preserved along with the rest of the building) lends in lots of natural light to help calm the senses, while the use of white and blue helps brings a serenity to the space.

Guests will find a fully-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee pods and machine; a small lounge with a flat-screen TV and sofa, a small dining nook with a table and two chairs -- the space can be doubled as a workspace for those who are not bound to an office.

The bathroom comes with a shower and toiletries.

Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Folie-Méricourt is a lively area known for the Cirque d’Hiver, an ornate indoor circus venue from 1852. Trendy late-night bars line Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud and Rue Oberkampf, home to the long-standing Café Charbon. Around Belleville metro station, discount fashion stores mix with pan-Asian eateries, while the streets between Goncourt and Oberkampf stations have popular neo-bistros serving innovative French cuisine.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
